It is a city in name only! A dirty little town with no decent shopping, too much growth too quickly with no improvements to infrastructure. Unless you wish to sit in traffic, take my advice and pass it by. Go to Chelmsford or even Ipswich instead!

@ Yeah, a Town about 20 miles up the A12 from Colchester! It actually has shops and stuf to attract visitors to it.
