They should make a show like that for British TV
It is one of my favorite TV shows. You really get to know each artists personal stories which they talk about during the lunch/dinner. They seem to have so much fun together and the covers they make are always so damn good. Its been on Norwegian TV since 2012.
I'm Canadian and I wish we had our own version of this, too.
We have one in Germany but I've never watched it 'cause I'm not really invested in German music....also the title is kinda weird. "Sing my song" in English.

It's a show called "hver gang vi møtes" where artists make their own versions of the other artists songs
The concept of this TV show is as follows: «Hver gang vi møtes» (Every time we meet) is a Norwegian musical entertainment program that has been on TV 2 since 2012. In the series, seven famous Norwegian artists/musicians gather at a farm/inn and spend a week together to sing each other's songs during lunch/dinner, and they talk about their career, specific moments and personal things people didnt know about them. Each season the program series has eight episodes, one for each day that was recorded, with one artist in focus in every episode and one last day for duets. This was Tix’ special day where the others made their own versions of his songs.

Sometimes less is more. Not always is necessary to create a new melody in the name of " Improvisation " or a new arrangement. I did not approve. But..I think the song is much better in original version...... my opinion...mvh Zuzana
The whole point of this TV-show is for them to make their own versions/give their personal touch of the other artists songs. This is the style Bernhoft does. How fun would it be to hear a carbon copy of the melody/song. They also often change the lyrics to fit themselves and their stories too.

@@mmrecords9607 I’m not sure if I understood what you meant by your comment, cause I feel you are upset by what I wrote? My comment was just to explain what this show is about. The whole point is to make different arranngements of the other artists songs.
@@mmrecords9607 Bernhoft is a known norwegian artist so he made his own version of the song. and its not "improvisation" its called funk xD But everyone has their own opinion. I think this version is 1000000x better than original xD
