The only reason this mod never got cancelled because the Mario Madness Devs always ignored the drama and kept on working on it but the others when they see one drama they cancel the whole mod, this is the only mod thats has determination to never get cancelled

if a mod is well received by the community then the team behind them should stay out of drama and focus on the mod and mental health, i say mental health because mods do get canceled because of overworking. great examples are impostor v4 and this.
We really should be grateful for the devs of this mod!
Most modders stop after the 1st mod or cancel when promising more but these guys continue to make V2 for Mario Madness. It also seems they added more then what was originally said to come so they are really making it major.
I respect these guys & this will probably be my favorite FNF mod out of all of them.

the thumbnail looks extremely serious, and then the actual trailer is basically 2 knuckleheads fighting each other for most of the time
IHY Luigi and GB arguing about the mods state, Luigi defending the devs (he’s right) and GB teasing him and the other trailers (such as the Unboxing one) and the MX stepping in to give the good news was amazing!! Also can we appreciate the SMB2 intro and the ending with the “ Halloween 2023” and then “maybe November” (props to the voice actors)

Came back after the mod, and I have to say, this mod is amazing. One of the best in the community imo. Everything in this mod is peak. My only complaint is the ending, and that’s literally it. The art, the music, the cutscenes, all of it is just phenomenal. If there is gonna be a v3, then I can’t wait, but if there isn’t, then I can understand. You all have been through so much. Everyone on the team deserves a break.

I'd complain about I HATE YOU Luigi and GB taking up half the trailer to mock the people who have been impatient for this mod, but I do have to appreciate just how much effort went into it. That includes the animations and voice acting. Even though it took this long, it didn't stop this from being one of my most anticipated mods. Thank you, and thank everyone else on the dev team, for all of your hard work. May you take as long as you need. Your health comes first.

Since the very beginning I have followed development, 2022-23 have been horrible years for me, but all along I have kept a special spot for MM, I have always loved FNF and to me this mod is just one of the mods I looked up to so damn much, seeing it being so close after waiting for so long brings tears to my eyes, I give my greatest respect to every single person who’s worked for this amazing mod, and I just want to say that you may never read this, but just know you made someone’s year, thank you for this great time, and thank you for the mod
I love the injection of character into IHY and GB, really makes this trailer more lighthearted and fun, I've always held for this as I can see the mod being the biggest Mario Creepypasta mod and maybe just generally the biggest Creepypasta Mod yet. Then of course stuff like Luigi's Day Out, Secret Histories and Racist Mario added to this already seemingly huge mod. The Devs done phenomenally given what they're putting into this mod which was originally an entry for a youtubers Creepypasta Challenge.

The funniest part is this gets referenced in the credits of V2.
IHY Luigi looks smug and vindicated, while GB has to reluctantly admit that the mod DID in fact release... but only because he roasted the devs in front of a thousand people.
This TOP TIER mod, along with Gorefield V2, Cartoon Cat 2.0 and Geometry Dash 2.2 have a unknown status of it's final development.
I still BARELY have hope...
