When you have 15 metres of wide open space and a huge wind up for Fifita to wreck havoc and he doesnt even get the ball, Thats more criminal than the miracle pass at the end. That very last play, As a defence you dont want Fifita, Latrell, Teddy or Tommy to get their hands on the ball. Instead the attack does all the mess for you...
It sums up the titans season next year they gotta atleast use fifita

Herbert should have passed earlier to his winger instead of trying go in himself. There was a big gap and the winger could have sailed through!

Yeah agree, but he clearly thinking to himself, he did not want bundling into touch with a shift defence with running out of pitch. Needed to straighten and pass and let the extra width and Fifita power do all the work and trust it.
He took the gamble. There is no guarantee the winger would have scored with the defence converging from the inside. Some plays come off, some don't. Had he scored I wouldn't even be commenting.

As a huge titans supporter and member I could not be prouder of the coach and the team for 2021 to make it as far as they have. all the players and Justin should keep there heads held high. Thanks for the 2021 season Titans I can't wait to see what excitement 2022 brings cheers.....

@@pjpomare3598 with 60% of the REAL talent watching the game from the stands, the old heads are still doing great, with the young fellas. Next year we have the full squad plus all of these young guys who have been blooded and will be ready to go....

Titans, you did very well. Started the year well and then dropped off but came back strong. Keep your heads high. Next year is your year and you will go one step further. Tobby Sexton would have made a big difference in place of Tyron Peachy.
Well what a game, that's all I can say. Right to the end, both teams competed. Although Roosters may have won, the Titans gave it their all and deserved to have the win! I'm sorry to say but all teams other than the top three I cannot see making it to the gf

The reffing was solid until the last 5mins.
At least 5 Roosters were off side for the last play. Refs are to scared to make a call like that on the final play.
The wall for the drop kick was illegal on several levels, almost in front of the play of the ball and flat which it can’t be, has to be angled.
The standard of reffing is average.
Nothing made me happier then when victor radley got bumped off ahahaha

Titans were gifted 2 tries so probably best to bow out now coz they would get smashed against Manly....well done making the top 8 tho.
Well done to us chooks, but the Titans have nothing to be ashamed of. Well deserving of a finals spot, and easily the best QLD team of the year. Bit of a shame about that last play, but they kept us going throughout the match to have lost by one small point. Looking forward to going up against Manly this week.

@Iga Vaka I think you need glasses mate, he should've used the overlap, but got white line fever, tried to be the hero and score himself, once he realised he wasn't going to score he threw an all or nothing offload but by then the winger had already run his line.

When winners don't play like winners. I can't see the Roosters going further. They just can't seem to get it together. Feel sorry for any team that loses from a field goal. Not the way to go out. A few dodgy ref decisions on both sides.
I’m not a fan of both teams, but I titans gave away their of chances. Especially that last play before the siren.

Chances are the Chooks will get done next week but what they have done this year is beyond incredible , what with almost a full squad missing. Yet the “experts” carry on when we get beat that it’s the biggest upset ever. We have gone in as underdogs week in week out and perform. Just goes to show it’s not the money on show but rather a well organised, excellent coached and professional club. Go the Roosters. Time now for the childish, boring and jealous responses🙂

The ‘Shepard’ rule should only be applied if the rear runner is within 3 meters of the front runner. Current pathetic rulings are destroying the game.
why with a titans player in the bin, did the roosters go for the penalty goal to go up 2-0 with a player down and then later on when it was 2-2 and back to 13v13 and roosters got a penalty from infront, they tap it and not kick? makes no sense

honestly im surprised the titans did this well. the titans may have threw the game at the end, but its a game and definitely performed great. but i know some people will not see it this way and attack the titans for not winning, which is sad.
They went toe to toe with a roosters team with all those injuries twice this year at full strength and still lost them both... At full strength titans lose by 50
Titans played well but honestly the rooster played terrible especially that first half.
They will need a much higher completion rate if they are to contend with the other teams above them.i must mention Victor Radley 49 tackles.
