As a 6'3 athlete and a leader board player I can tell that this video to some newbies can do a very good "mindset rework" and lift dribbling is just kicking up and then chest, that's probably one of the best at my opinion even as a 5'3 is viewable and get people ankled or wasting their slides very easily.
