Hello when I received an email from Ticketmaster about the transfer it didn’t have the button to accept and it said the ticket transfer will be complete once the original QR code is available. I bought these tickets in may and it’s three days before the event which is when the original QR code is supposed to be available . I don’t know what to do or how to accept these tickets.
