As DQ Solutions support many customers with different MDM solutions and licence models (MSP, customer owned) they needed a tool which helps them monitor all the relevant topics such as licence use and Token expiration dates (APNS, ADE, VPP).
David Kindschi, DQ Solutions' Senior Systems Engineer, explains how they also use it as a repository for scripts and specialised applications that all the team members can easily access. To also provide the patch management of those apps they are deploying them via recipes (where possible) to always provide the latest version.
