Just imagine if he used phone a friend here and used ask the host for the £1million question which Clarkson would have definitely got correct. Question about cars and the answer from where he lives.
@@narcher91 Ok I got mixed up on the countries and deservedly got roasted! But my point still stands that this is one of the easiest 250k questions ever. In this instance because of the obvious connection between the Twelve Apostles eating the Last Supper at a table, that 99% of contestants should work out easily
@@samharper5881 I never heard of the Twelve Apostles peak and was able to work it out without coming across that information (You would basically not have heard of the Last Supper if you could not work this out, having given yourself enough time to get the connection, which Andrew didn't). There are plenty of questions on the show that can be worked out with minimal background information and without using lifelines (this question being one of the few worth 250k or more that had that possibility). It's not simply a case of "I've never heard this exact question and answer before, better use a lifeline instead of racking my brain for a minute or two
Imagine his phone a friend knew this? He would be a millionaire if he used his phone a friend for this and she he knew. But it wasn't meant to be. Don't know if the next millionaire will ever be on the show because the last one was 14 years ago

1:53 - The relief from Clarkson, sounds like he had to show restraint to not swear, and showing restraint is not one of his strengths.
He knew the answer for the 1mil question too but wasn’t confident enough, he did amazing though!
Yup, watched it on tv the other night, felt bad for him but he did good and was better taking the 500k than gambling gambling it away
Adrian Mackay yeah definitely. Was worried he was going to gamble it
@@zara5211 same but he still went away with 500,000 more than he started with so it's a win win 😂
I know. I was coughing at the television.

He won £500,000 what an amazing contestant.
Without anybody coughing?? Good lad! 👏🏽

this was my doctor when I was around 10, can’t believe this, go him :)
Jeremy Clarkson was your doctor? How the hell did you survive this long?
As much as he has his bravado Jeremy wants the contestants to do well, and also not be wrong, lol.
Yes so did Cris Tarrant to be fair
He was so humble. A retired GP I believe and he fully deserved his money.
i love this channnel
oh my god he actually did it
What's weird is the first time I watched this it had me stumped, but now Table Mountain seems like the obvious answer
So because you know what the answer is it seems obvious?
That's a stupid comment.
@vaddix9980 or because the 12 Apostles Hotel is in Cape Town.....
Jeremy finally got one right

lol he disabled though... good joke
I'm sure he _would have_ done too!
he is a good entertainer.um speechless.and love to see him!
For top gear he probably travelled more places than most people
Anybody else hates how the music is a lot quieter compared to before? I think it’s a big part of this show’s identity…
Restfuly disagree.
I prefer this formate & music volume level.
However, I can always turn volume down.
And so often do in other sites.
Nice 1 Jezza!

he beat jeremy clarkson?
Ok heres what i think
hello there
It’s unfortunate that he could have been the first millionaire since Ingram Wilcox in 2006
Funny you mention that, the question for 500k was also asked to ingram wilcox for 250k,just changed the wrong answers

How did they end up getting the same question I thought it was all randomly generated? Once they ask a question it could come up again?

Don't think J.C. is any good at this. It needs a bigger personality.
Shame Max Wall and Will Hay are dead...
What a horrible voice he has.
