There actually is autotune. some spots in the song you can hear where it sounds like there are two voices... that is because the lead vocal has been touched up in autotune but the second vocal you hear is his voice getting picked up in the guitar microphones... therefore it cannot be autotuned... and also therefore it gives away that there is some tuning being done.
