That area that jutts out with the tarp stuff is probably a covered veranda, and the tarp are outdoor drop curtains. They have to be weather resistant, especially in southeast asia. (which is basically what Rowann built)

they should add a nether update that adds burned wood and burned leaves so we can finally have black wood
I don't really like diorite, but we just don't have too many good white blocks to use
pale wood had potential but it has this weird pink tint to it. i prefer using calcite and mushroom blocks over diorite
