First, mix the dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients, and add the water as directed so that the dough does not become loose, then knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then rest for 10 minutes, then cut the dough into 70-gram pieces, rest for another 10 minutes, then roll out the dough, half to one centimeter, rest the dough again for another 15 minutes, then shape with a rolling pin, sprinkle with sesame seeds, rest for another 30 minutes, and then bake in the oven at 210 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
