Well the composer for both is Ice. And there is also small pieces of other songs like L and Precipitation from what I can hear. Hell even the optimized fingering pattern is Ice-style (one hand doing semi-continuous circle while the other hand doing more disrupted circles)

Xenon and ConneR pack includes major key points/hints to the story's progression. You'll be less confused than the people with only PAFF Neko and Robo available. (Good for a nerd like me who enjoys the story a lot)

aa far as i understand, Paff, Neko and Robo are the ones that get their story updated and the ones that will get the game's ending, while Xennon, Conner and the others are have hints and major reveals to understand a little more about Cytus, for now at least
You know since Paff and Robo have a direct conection with the Aesir Fest and i forgot how Neko is part of the mess but she is important too
