@@frontback4900 fortifier is not the best choice if u play in kappa sedna . Its just really good in cascade and précision is really good for up ur base damage when u play with arcane without up of the base damage. If u play with deadhead u can take velocity but outburst,encumber,overcharge is the best choice with précision

Will the damage fell off a lot if I use secondary fortifier instead? Also any other alternative for arcane precision?
