I've had challenges with the Saga bands - hard to bluetooth connect, disconnections, some random overinflation. Never got it stable enough to be reliable. Going with BStrong.

What is the proper placement for SAGA band for legs?

You will want to put the leg bands on the upper third of the thighs.

Hi Brett, which model Masimo pulse ox are you using in this video? Does the app that you show come with the Masimo pulse ox purchase or is that something you subscribe to?

It is the Masimo MightyStat. The app is a free download that works with the device. It is not needed for BFR application, but helps with teaching the concepts described in the video. www.masimo.com/products/monitors/spot-check/mightysatrx/
