- In this video, I am going to cover how did I decide to take drop for JEE. How did I convince my father that I want to take a drop for JEE 2021 and can you replicate a similar thing for JEE MAINS 2024? It is to be noted that it was after watching respected Vineet Khatri Sir's video that I decided to drop(that video surely helped a lot) but I did not studied under him or under ATP star in my drop year. I have tagged him in the title of the video just to show that he had a contribution in clarifying my mind on whether to take drop or not for JEE. It is often found that parents don't allow their children to take drop just by one request, the actually check your confidence and are you really willing to put in the required hard work. So, before you convince your parents, convince yourself first. Make a list of all the mistakes that you have made and vow to not repeat them in upcoming JEE MAINS.
In the previous video I am covered why JEE is not an end. Don't lose hope if you have failed in JEE 2024. It is often found that students question their capabilities whether they are actually made for big things in life or not after failing a highly competitive exam like JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED. With my experience of last 5 years of preparing for JEE, failing in JEE to finally cracking JEE and reaching IIT KHARAGPUR(one of the dream colleges of every Engineering aspirants in India), I can for sure say that you all need a reality check. Doing big in life is nowhere related to how you perform in one exam. Its much more than that. Whatever life throws you at ,always be grateful for what you have while keep striving for more. Don't compare yourself with any of your friends who have made it in their first attempt and get demotivated seeing them. Each one has a different journey. Just learn from your old mistakes and write yourself a journey you always wanted to be a part of.

This year i scored 98 percentile [ 190 marks in jee mains ]
My marks decreased just because of chemistry [ I really suck at it ] .
Last whole month i was depressed only and studied just for my families sake for advanced , but now i know that i wont be able to crack advanced and even if i crack it , my rank will not be enough to fetch a good college.
I am thinking of taking drop but my family has a lot of expectations from me.
Not only them but everyone .
What should i do .
I am ready to take drop but i dont know what should i do , will i even be able to conquer my fear of chemistry and grow .

Bhaiya , i am from middle class family i worked with my father on our shop like 6-7 hours in a day and rest of the time i prepare for jee , i have completed my physics to mains level i am in 12 and my physics syllabus will be completed by may last and chemistry syllabus will be like at end of june , and my maths is too weak because from the start of 9th schools was closed due to lock down so my 9 , 10th maths are not of that level , i am focusing on physics chemistry like 170+ banalu dono mai , and for maths easy chapters hai jo weigtage ke hisaab se maths mai bs 50 to 60 soch rha hun and abhi kahi enroll nai hun , maine 11th online ki thi syllabus end hua tha December mai after that i started 12th by self study now in the next month my whole syllabus will be completed chem physics both , after that my prime focus on advanced level questions as i have done good amounts of questions of pyqs of advance physics chemistry is doable but maths sucks bhaiya , i want to secure an Nit seat first , bhaiya wht should i do really needed some directions and some support i literally boughts cengage and physics galaxy books with my savings i didn't bought anything to buy that books i left gym i left cricket for my dream to become an aerospace engineer! Sapna samjhao Ghar walon ko ho sakta hai 2-3 din Lage ,......agar tum sahi mein convince hai na toh tumhare gharwale bhi convince ho jaenge.
Coming to the point ki Maths Kahan se kare , agar possible ho toh kahin online Lelo ya UNACADEMY ya Physicswallah usse ek direction milega tumhara preparation ko. Agar wo bhi afford nahi kar sakte toh Go with RUclips Lectures of Nishant Vora Sir. Unke One Shot Wale lectures mat dekhna. RUclips pe Unacademy channel mein har chapter ka playlist hoga vo dekhna.Boht acha concept clear hoga aur 12-15 question toh aaram se nikaalne layak ho jaega MAINS ke liye aur concept clear hoga toh Advanced ka question attempt karne mein bhi aasan hoga.

NIT TRICHY mil jaega toh bhai fir double drop ka kyun soch raha hai.College life mein skills gain Karo aur machao. Mere boht se dost hai yahan se lower branches mein hai but unki technical skills boht tagdi level ki hai and I guess top ki IITs aur NITs mein branch utna matter nahi karta hai, its all going inside and building a network.

In 2023 i got 94%ile cuz of bad coaching and health issues.
Took a drop and then my health issues worsened that i couldnt study from july 2023 to dec 2023. Started on dec 2023 and studied 2months for jee jan2024 and got same 94.5%ile. and again in feb i couldnt study as i had to go to the hospital and all. In march i studied to my potential and scored 97.11%ile in april jee 2024 attempt. With this score i cant get any top nit. So do you think its worth to take a drop for nit trichy top branches next year? My homestate is tamilnadu...so i require 99.7%ile for cs in nitt. Do you recommend taking drop?
I'm also from TAMILNADU, and scored 97.3% in April, (not a dropper) , brother better don't take a drop again , go the college u get with this (u can't be sure that u will score 99.7% in 2nd drop) if u didn't score 99.7% u would be disappointed

Anyways question approach karne ke liye pehle usss concepts ke lectures dekho....uske baad question attempt karo. Agar 10-15 minute mein koi question strike nahi kar raha hai toh don't feel bad about it.You are not some sort of superhuman Jo tumhe sab ek baar mein strike kar jaega. Toh look into its solution.But haan agar question pehle dekha hua hai......toh similar concept ke question jab dubara dekho toh banna chahiye pakka se itna acha se solution samjhna
Bhaiya meri jee mains mai 97.7 percentile ayii hai 12th ka hu advance prep achii nahi hai but bitsat mai achaa kar raha hu and i think achaa karlunga and i think mai bits cse tak ja sakta hu but jo fees hai agar wo scholarship se padhu tabhi pyaar se manage ho payega so mujhe ye puchna tha ki bits pilani cse ki koi value hai actually achaa college hai wo?
Bhai agar fees is not an issue toh ...... BITS PILANI boht acha hai.
BITS PILANI is comparable to top 7 IITs.

Bhaiya I am a dropper who scored 72 percentile last yr...... jee adv diya tha just qualify hua... aur mera state ka colleges mil rahe the and this yr 76 percentile I don't know what to do in Jee adv even mereko aaj mere state colleges bhi nahi mil rahe...... Feeling like a looser.....I know I made mistake I can't get myself I am not dedicated and at consistent during my drop yr.....mera toh life hogaya......aur financial problems jyada hai family mei so i can't join any pvt colleges .....btech bhi nahi kar paatu 😞......Lost all hopes on me but I have some hope in Jee adv this is my last UG exam in my life

Since prep bilkul nahi ki thi tumne as you said.So I won't suggest you joining any offline coaching kyunki woh tumse ye expect karke chalte hai ki you know basics of certain concepts and wo part wo skip kar denge.Toh tumhare liye best toh online he hoga😀😀.

Bhai possible toh har chiz hai, agar mehnat karne ke liye tayar ho. Bas yahi bolenge ki jitne Josh mein start karega utna he energy level se carry forward karna cheezon ko. Kabhi lagega ki boht hard ho raha hai ,us samay bhi agar giveup na karke fight maar paega tabhi possible hai.

Depend karta hai ki tum kitna mehnat put in karne ke liye tayar hai.Mere hisab se 6 se 8 months ki dedicated preparation se JEE nikal jaata hai agar tum sahi teachers se padhta hai aur right steps follow karta hai toh.
Aur ek baat mere bolne ya kisi aur ke bolne se drop lena ya na lena ka decision mat banana. Ek baar khud se puchna ki tum utna dedication aur hardwork se padh sakta hai kya......jo chahiye uss level tak pohochne ke liye.

Ive taken Anna Sir's maths course in his app. ChemIIT vishal singh chemistry courses and physics from pirated ak lectures of Nitin Sachan sir. Is it fine? Actually the unacademy offer came after me buying all these courses and now i cant buy it. Are these fine?

As far as I know, it's required to complete the syllabus till end of November to score good in Jan attempt to get ample time for advanced

And the issue is most of the coachings aren't able to complete the syllabus on time 😢

If I follow my own plan than because of mismatch from coaching it gets all messed up

Bhai ye boht galat information hai and ya I know ki boht log yahi bolte hai ki November Tak syllabus khatam kardo aur Revision start karne se he JEE MAINS acha hota hai.Thoda wait Karo next video iss topic pe he aaega. Hum abhi ke liye bas yahi bolenge ki this is one of the most misleading advice you can get.

and pw par rely karna worthit hai kyuki 20-30k bacche padhte hai toh classes exent hote aand dec mai rush kar karke padhate
