Yes, it absolutely would. The HBOT actually helps grow new blood supply to affected parts of the brain, even if the injury is decades old. It's absolutely criminal that doctors and other experts have been trained to declare that it has "no proven results for treatment". Check out "The Oxygen Revolution" by Harch (who I think is also a little out of date now!). You will probably want to do nothing higher than 1.5kPa (so mild HBOT) and treat as for a TBI. Look for lots of laughter and improved vocabulary among other awesomeness!!
