  • its been 2 days and my 5x5 strength has already gotten way stronger
    today i did
    495 x 5 (last time i did 500 x 6)
    495 x 5 (last time i did 480 x 5)
    475 x 5 (last time i did 455 x 5)
    475 x 5 (last time i did 430 x 5)
    455 x 5 (last time i did 405 x 5)
    decided to add in 3 x 10 for funiesisies :3 (UNCUT VER.)
    365 x 10 1 min rest
    335 x 10 1 min rest
    315 x 10
    prob the most cardio ive done in the past 3 years tbh
    started squatting at 4:49PM ended sqauts at 5:55PM
