I think he is balanced, good damage and no so much defense.
Edit: Atleast the stats, the inf combo with m1 and the final that is(or almost) instakill need to change.

lol delta isnt op bro he does so little damage in phase 1. His best move is his final and that's pretty bad imo. Its ez to cancel or dodge and it also takes NO stamina away from sans

Betty can win against delta sans???... don't get me wrong I did fight against try hard when they use delta sans and I won, plus I was lagging hard. betty can beat delta sans it's pretty much a 50 percent chance since people just use same combos.
