Hi madam, I would like to ask a question. I have secured a rank in category 2 that i presume is somewhere borderline for railways, although it is not sure (depends on other people choices as well). I would like to get railways only. So will my candidature be cancelled if I write upsc cms 2021 as well?. As i would like to have a backup.
