- Sorry for the delay in editing this! I had a two week holiday (including this week) and have been so tired.
My Sutton Trust experience is now ready to share and overall I loved the week! I met so many people and feel so much more confident that physics is right for me ❤️
In summary, I had lectures and problems to complete (an entire notebook full!), free time, a formal dinner, my AS results 🫣, and SO MUCH FUN!!
Honestly do send in an application! It was soooo worth it!

Where are you based?
In the UK - Specifically Wales even though I can't speak the language!
What level of education are you in?
Currently in 2nd year of A Levels. In Wales we also do AS Levels still and I received them In August!
What do you study?
A Level Maths, Further Maths, and Physics. In AS year I also did Computer Science. All WJEC.
What GCSEs did you do?
Maths, Numeracy, Additional Maths, English Lit, English Lang, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Welsh, Welsh Bacc, Art, History, and Product Design.
What are your cats' names?

That looks so much fun! I'm applying this year - which college were you at and how do they allocate colleges?
I really recommend! I loved it :) I was at gonville and caius, colleges are allocated based on subject and time of stay, you find out which college closer to the time

@@sophiejenkins7779 So am I! Which subject did you apply for? I applied for law. I’m quite nervous, because I don’t have a huge number of the contextual factors that they take into account…. I am crossing my fingers!
@@gracieb24 I applied for Classics but I found it so hard to decide because I still don't know what I want to study! I don't meet a huge number of the criteria either but I think I meet at least three so I'm keeping my fingers crossed too. I hope you get in - good luck! :)

What size suitcase did you take? I’m going this summer and worried I’ll look ridiculous taking a full sized case?
i took a carry on size suitcase but i remember people taking big suitcases, just make sure you can carry it up lots of stairs as there are no lifts in sight lol
Thanks sm! Think I’ll just take a carry on, these arms aren’t made for all that lifting 😂
i was on the fourth or fifth floor and the stairs were a killer 😭
