    I'm from the Texas panhandle and miss the old days. I'm much oblige to you Ginny for all you do, and love your singing. Love my western swing

    The spirit of this music is so much different from what people listen to nowadays.
    There's a kindness, and a sense of strength without being loud or belligerent. I never feel like I'm being beat over the head when I listen to this stuff, and I always walk away feeling better than when I came in. This is the kind of music that lifts you up instead of tearing you down.

      @@FWLibrary I was a DJ in Ann Arbor for many years, spreading the gospel of western swing. I love your whole series and am glad to know there's an archive I can visit in Fort Worth. Thank you for doing this.
