Ctrl + Left mouse click is an even faster way to get straight to the right spot in the docs describing the property / method you clicked on! Btw, really enjoying your content, being new Godot user myself!

@@furroy amazing!! thank you. these hotkeys are going to be so handy. I come from a vim background, so I'm not in my usual element using the Godot Script editor.
It’s a good tip. Makes me wonder though whether there’s a programming equivalent of the car mechanic’s procedure of taking the bit out that isn’t working, swearing at it, reinstalling it and watching it work like new
I've been reading the docs but I don't understand what I'm reading and how to use. I suspect it's because I have no computer background. Is it possible you can do a simple game and show how you use the docs to develop your script? I'd much rather build my game from the docs than snippets of script I pick up on the Internet.
Totally! U dobt need a computer background. You need to understand the programming fundamentals and slowly learn from that point other things. In the end its all jus problem solving

There is. You type something, it gives you a syntax error, you erase it and type it exactly the same and it's fixed.
@@fiddleriddlediddlediddle Ah, yes, that'll do it. Presumably there'll be a muttered curse word somewhere along the way to seal the deal
Yes, yes, but how do you get t off the screen once you open it. There is no visible gfx onscreen to close it!
Great little tip!
