0w definitely in these temperatures. 5w is ok down to -25, but not lower. I own 2 hondas, and in both owner manuals that's what the specify. I am sure for Subaru yoy get similar reccomendations.
Definitely 0w20 this engine has very tight tolerances, and when it come to engine starts you don't want to be messing with the oil viscosity, I would stick with the MR

Subaru uses synethic oil only at 0W. Its more fluid and better than 5W
