I'm pretty sure almost every k-pop company has that kind of doc. They have been known to train and evaluate their artists since the beginning of the training system. Just bc HYBE's doc got brought to light people get to act like hypocrites like they aren't under companies that manage their looks, diet and other things. We know how controlling these companies have been for years. Atleast HYBE knows how to communicate with artists from what the artists have shown so far excluding that one group, and it isn't even all that old of a company. And to reiterate, HYBE doesn't even manage their artists, they only provide resources to the labels under them who manage the artists themselves.
It is very disappointing that he didn’t even try to get his facts straight before dissing so publicly. Let’s call the internal document for what it is. It is a regular focus group market report. Which sampled online fandoms’ comments on a regular basis and used those as part of their marketing strategy. This is why idols should have a basic education. At least in critical thinking. I was a big supporter of Ateez before this. This supposed diss really put me off. Not because it is a diss. But for its lack of intelligence. BTW. Sony also owned 30% of KQ and Sony is a direct competitor of HYBE. Very sad about losing my respect for Ateez.

What really bothers me every time I hear anything related to this big mess is that people are very gullible. And idols should know better, because they’re in the industry. There’s not a single company who does everything right. BUT nobody disses SM, for example, who has a track record for being very unjust at best and quite literally awful at worst (and I could mention several cases starting from 15 years ago). And it’s very sad that people can be so dumb and easy to manipulate. And I’m giving some of these people credit… like, for example, this idol could be a little naive or just plainly opportunistic. Don’t know what’s worse. Also, just say the name. If you want do diss someone enough to make it painfully clear you’re talking about them, just be straightforward about it and have the balls to face the potential consequences, whatever they may be.

Here is my opinion as a person who is a part of hip hop culture. In the spirit of rap beef, especially with how disrespect towards the major producer Pharrell from Drake was one of the catalysts that led to the historic Kendrick vs Drake, Hongjoong really would not want any of BTS' rapline to inherit this beef.
Suga and RM wouldn't even look at this kid, let alone rap about what he said. It would be like giving him the attention he so desperately wants. Apart from that, BTS have always been kind and forgiving to people who have wronged them. Especially if those people are active in mainstream media like this guy. Jo seho is a prime example. And melanie fontana is another one. But if they wanted to, they could easily cook this guy up and make a BBQ out of him and his KQ ent with their high quality cypher tracks. It's just that Suga and RM wouldn't really want to do it
@ here is my modified response to another comment, but still relates to what you're saying: You don't actually have to be a part of a "crew" to address mess directed to someone who was pivotal to your career or you have a huge respect for. Also, it has become glaringly clear over the past year that a extremely bad actor aka MHJ and her camp had something to do with the leaks and anti-Bang PD disinformation that this idol rapper referenced in his diss. MHJ is also tied to the malicious rumors about BTS being involved in a cult, chart manipulation, etc. to damage BSH and BTS's public images. I wouldn't be surprised if she used Yoongi's legal troubles to try to further harm the group and HYBE, especially orchestrating the funeral wreaths (her calling card via SM) in an attempt to sow division in the fandom and force him out. HJ has now involved himself, likely unintentionally, in the campaign against HYBE and by extension BTS when he should have sat there and ate his food. This isn't about being attack dogs for Bang PD, but calling out these attempts to destroy not only Bang Shiyuk's legacy, but theirs as well. Also, knowing what we know now about NJ's actions with Aespa including plastering their stickers all over the HYBE building and making a point to do a dance challenge with them, there might be a reason why the only other group NJ did a dance challenge with was ATEEZ. Lastly, BTS' rapline has dissed other rappers in other idol groups for less. Then BTS are coming back to a highly organized hate campaign against them, I wouldn't be surprised they come out swinging to remind everyone why they are BTS. It's about making examples so no one ever gets this comfortable enough again to try to go after them or the company that they built.

I'm pretty sure almost every k-pop company has that kind of doc. They have been known to train and evaluate their artists since the beginning of the training system. Just bc HYBE's doc got brought to light people get to act like hypocrites like they aren't under companies that manage their looks, diet and other things. We know how controlling these companies have been for years. Atleast HYBE knows how to communicate with artists from what the artists have shown so far excluding that one group, and it isn't even all that old of a company. And to reiterate, HYBE doesn't even manage their artists, they only provide resources to the labels under them who manage the artists themselves.

What really bothers me every time I hear anything related to this big mess is that people are very gullible. And idols should know better, because they’re in the industry. Suga and RM wouldn't even look at this kid, let alone rap about what he said. It would be like giving him the attention he so desperately wants. Apart from that, BTS have always been kind and forgiving to people who have wronged them. Especially if those people are active in mainstream media like this guy. Jo seho is a prime example. And melanie fontana is another one. But if they wanted to, they could easily cook this guy up and make a BBQ out of him and his KQ ent with their high quality cypher tracks. It's just that Suga and RM wouldn't really want to do it

You don't actually have to be a part of a "crew" to address mess directed to someone who was pivotal to your career or you have a huge respect for. Also, it has become glaringly clear over the past year that a extremely bad actor aka MHJ and her camp had something to do with the leaks and anti-Bang PD disinformation that this idol rapper referenced in his diss. MHJ is also tied to the malicious rumors about BTS being involved in a cult, chart manipulation, etc. to damage BSH and BTS's public images. I wouldn't be surprised if she used Yoongi's legal troubles to try to further harm the group and HYBE, especially orchestrating the funeral wreaths (her calling card via SM) in an attempt to sow division in the fandom and force him out.
HJ has now involved himself, likely unintentionally, in the campaign against HYBE and by extension BTS when he should have sat there and ate his food.
This isn't about being attack dogs for Bang PD, but calling out these attempts to destroy not only Bang Shiyuk's legacy, but theirs as well.
Also, knowing what we know now about NJ's actions with Aespa including plastering their stickers all over the HYBE building and making a point to do a dance challenge with them, there might be a reason why the only other group NJ did a dance challenge with was ATEEZ.
Lastly, BTS' rapline has dissed other rappers in other idol groups for less. Then BTS are coming back to a highly organized hate campaign against them, I wouldn't be surprised they come out swinging to remind everyone why they are BTS. It's about making examples so no one ever gets this comfortable enough again to try to go after them or the company that they built.

But this dude is not even directly affected by what is happening regarding hybe. So it feels like he did this for clout-chasing. Cuz dissing BangPD would obviously gain him attention. He is dissing bangPD for something BangPD didn't even do. Looks like an uninformed individual to me. I would be very glad if rapline decide to diss him because I'm tired of people taking advantage of BTS' kindness. But I just doubt that they'd directly diss hongjoong. I do believe that they'll make a dissrap about the whole smear campaign going on against BTS, suga, hybe, BangPD. But I don't expect one for only him in particular.
Also ateez isn't the only other group than aespa that did challenge with NJ. Exo also did it so there's more group supporting NJ. And the boygroup zerobaseone's member hanbin was spotted mouthing "멋지다"("so cool") with a happily smiling face when NJ members were giving their speech at an recent award show where they were worshipping and confessing their love for MHJ and was saying "nj never d word"
