- It's been a long time since I posted a video - here's a little "life update" video I filmed today about our recent trip to the US, our new baby, shifts with our daughter Oria and our return to Ecuador - enjoy ;)

I've been thinking about you a lot lately and wondering... So very nice to have an update... And, thanks for your beautiful comments about your children as well your comments of joy with regard to giving birth to them. Your confidence will help other women to trust their bodies and the birth process. Blessings to you and your family!

Thank you for this beautiful update on your life and reflections on your daughters... Sophie and I are doing well. I'm still vegan, not as much raw as I hope to be soon, and Sophie is totally into being vegan now (she went a little back and forth since your wedding which made a huge impression on her but is authentic, gets it now) and I am planning on bringing her to your retreat as soon as she agrees to it. She doesn't like travelling much. All Love.

Ggooossshh... Oriah is just one of the most beautiful little girls on youtube. Your whole family is for that matter. I dont know but Oriah, she just seems so extraordinarily photogenic or something. Beautiful...
I enjoyed your update video. I am glad that you and your family are doing well. It is interesting to hear you talk about Ecuador in comparison to the US. Ecuador looks like a beautiful place. :) And I agree with you that from the pictures you have shown, it looks like your new little one does favor your husband. God bless! :)

There are people that read books and sing songs to their pregnant tummy's believing that it benefits their baby. Pretty soon those too little angels will be running around and might possibly earn a new nickname such as Double Trouble, LOL. Kids are so much fun, even when they grow up and have kids of their own. So exciting and fun.
That was great to find out that you still read book to Oria and that yoy are puting her to sleep. I would love to know more about your experience with cosleeping. we have 2,5 y old and one week old and I would to sleep all together but I m afraid of waking up the older one.
Every time I go I vacation I come home to that same reality... I have too many things I do not need! Just watching you talk and looking at the photos in the video thinking "I love this family!". Weird because I don't even know you guys except on RUclips.

I think Eliana is such a beautiful name I've actually added it to the list of girl names for our (hopefully) future daughter. When I googled it I read that it translate to "god has answered me" I think that is just perfect.
Oria looks like Matt and she looks like you. Perfect balance!

It's peculiar to hear you refer to your husband as Mr MONARCH...most wives call their husbands by their first (Christian) name. In your case it would be MATT...!!
