A lengthy comment, but worth your time imo. Mistake 3 reminded me of what music labels do to effectively profit from creative talent and skills (singers and musicians in their case), which is two things: to diversify across a huge amount of talents so that chances are one will succeed, and to lower as much as possible the capital invested per talent. With this strategy the music label can maintain a large amount of artists without going broke in a blink of an eye, and when one talent finally succeed they have a system in place that makes a huge profit from that single talent. I believe this business strategy can be implemented with your content and film projects. Lower the cost per project, make a lot of them, and when one blows up (like spitting in the wind - it was easily what made me buy your clothing) know how to profit from it. Easy for me to say, but I hope it helps somehow.
I must say I don't know if this is the case, but it does look like it from the outside - I believe a huge mistake that you've not mentioned is catering to an audience that has no money. Is it possible that most of your customers look at your products as "nice to have" clothing pieces? As clothes that you buy only after you filled your closet, and now you are picky with any additional money spent on clothing? That's how I look at your brand, maybe it's universal... worth checking out imo. If this is the case, a solution that comes to mind is to make clothing that doesn't only fit parkour, but can replace normal clothing from other brands people usually buy from. I believe Farang and Storm both has done this better than you, some of their pieces can be wore by more than just "freerunners and skaters". Hope this helps
Enjoying the series... was chuckling at the capstone tee while you were talking about TMP as a clothing brand. How are you looking to fund the London Project? Patreon, Kickstarter maybe? Might be nice to encourage a merch + book + stream package; I don't know much about the back-end of RUclips or Patreon, but maybe there's a pay per view event that can be done on launch day, VIP access for behind the scenes chat / discord with athletes on the night to encourage non-athlete fans maybe. Keep reflecting and moving forward. Excited to see what's coming.
The first step to fixing the problem is to acknowledge there is a problem. Good stuff man, love seeing the mental progress. (I was View 420 BTW :))
Great listen. Thanks for sharing

Yeah, that's a really good way to look at things. Thank you.
