I agree on the deck plans 9089 is marked a "deluxe" penthouse, but the video (2:37) show a (regular) penthouse

Looks just like an MSC ship, unfortunately Explora 1 got a really good deal on 'brown everything'. Faux wood panelling is not luxury.
