I did go to this time last year or should I say the Mirena and to the restaurants so laid back and so tranquil amazing views amazing little bars around by the marina and also wonderful food I found weather can be amazing perfect weather to sunbathe chill out and have a good time and just let time take away and so much to see so much to do that's what real holidays or made of in Bulgaria Bulgaria life is too short enjoy enjoy xxxxxxx

I’m very impressed by this Bulgarian beach town and I live in Florida ! Imagine that. If you had to rank Bulgarian beach towns would you be able to say top 5 that are similar to Sveti Vlas ?
I've been to Miami, several times and have lived in North and Latin America most of my adult life...
Thankfully I now live in Sv. Vlas because as a Bulgarian this is where I feel at home.
There are many gorgeous towns on the Bulgarian seacoast but they are all different...
For example Nessebar (which is just 7-8km from Sv Vlas is an old and very charming town with traditional Bulgarian architecture as well as some byzantine style old ruins... (just google it) ... Sozopol, which is further south (about 90min by car) is very similar to Nessebar... There are two relatively large cities Varna - on the north coast and Burgas on the south coast which offer literally everything you need to have an adequate and civilized lifestyle, but as cities they maybe a bit to "busy" for people who prefer more relaxed lifestyles.
This is why I chose Sv. Vlas because it is relatively close to Burgas (30min by car) and to Varna (just over an hour) but it offers very relaxed and family friendly lifestyle ..
There are also several typical beach resorts all over the coast... Sunny Beach which is literally a mile away from Sv. Vlas is the Party resort where some really wild stuff takes place. Further north the Albena resort is more family friendly, while Golden Sands is the smaller but the more classy version of Sunny Beach...
I'll stop here because it is a very long post, and I have barely scratched the surface... Literally every single small town along the coast has something to offer and they are all similar but also unique in their own ways...
I personally love the Bulgarian coastline more than any other place in the world. Keep in mind that I have lived over 10 years in Costa Rica, have been to Mexico, The dominican republic and of course California, Florida etc... Have been to Greece as well ...
Here (in Bulgaria) is where I feel at peace even though it may not be for everyone... My son who is a teenager and was actually born in Costa Rica often says that Bulgaria is the most underrated country in the world.
as I've already said I love Sunny Beach in Bulgaria Burgas it is one of the best places to get on a push bike and cycle 4 miles along the beach you will see lots of exciting places lots of bars restaurants cycling along the beach is one of the best way to keep feet can absorb the beauty and the views around I love summer snack bars and also when I fill upcycled sufficient light I love to have a cold beer cycling along sunny beach is one of the best ways you will ever keep yourself in shame and also meet the locals that is what a holiday is all about xxxxxxxxxxxx
