argghh sending so much love and wishing you so many more moments like these in your day to day! I think part of healing is rediscovering this inner space in the everyday that you feel in nature. When I was deep in burn out nature was such a key point for my recovery journey and still is. It's easy to get lost in the pressure and expectations and old patterns, but looking at the trees will always put me back in that place of stillness and presence.
