Round Britain By Boat Challenge 2022 - Part 12

A 13 part series documenting the trip of a life time for two captains to circumnavigate Britain by boat.
Aquastars on tour teams departed Jersey for the start of their 2000 miles challenge to circumnavigate Britain in a month.
Captains Neil and Phil in their 38ft motorboats hope to raise funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
In this video The teams head South from Conway in North Wales and travel the lenght of Wales to Milford Haven to Visit Dale sailing where April Rose was built. Strong wind keep the teams on shore for a couple days so we explore the local area including a factory tour.

Great episode. Curious, what do you do with the bad samples of fuel from the fuel separators?

Hey, we bottle them up into empty water bottles and dispose at next harbour - normally a waste oil container / drum thing

What was the overall fuel consumption in gph, and how did the two boats compare?

Hi - we on average burnt 12.4Gph - both the same Hull so very similar but Phil’s leaked a lot onto Colin’s bed and various other cabin locations
