MAKE SURE THE PS SETTING is OFF! the bar should be grey! the tiny ball should be to the left.
I was gonna say, Honda John made a video about this a couple weeks ago and he said turn it off.
Yea he’s right. It’s gotta be off. Mine was already off like a year ago haha! So I forgot 🤦🏻♂️
So what’s good? Off or on? And it improved mid bass?
Keep it off.. then listen to your music..
What’s ps setting?
love the videos bro bro keep inspiring us young 10th gen accord owners
For sure! That’s my plan bro!
Wow what a major difference! It definitely increases the mid bass and over volume!
Keep up the vids man super helpful 🤙🏼
This is a dope trick.. I just did it on 2019 sport 2.0 and I can definitely hear the difference ...
Thanks bro✊🏻
my pleasure! glad to make another subscriber happy. :)
hey man I've got the 2019 2.0t touring do you know if tis works on the touring sound system?
@DylanJones8001 it should
@@RedLineMods1 Awesome thank you. I tried it and I don't notice that big of a difference but I'm sure its making some sort of improvement at least a little.
Just did this on my 2023 Civic Sport Touring and made a big difference especially having the Bose audio system
I did this and adjusted my sound to treble 3/4 midrange 1/4 and bass all the way up. Big difference there! Thanks for the tip!
Yea for sure!! 🔥💪🏽💯 my pleasure bro
Whoa this is great hahah thanks man!
IF THIS HELPED YOU! DROP A LIKE & SUBSCRIBE show some support!
I did this on my 2018 Accord Touring, and Good Lord ! ..... What a world of difference ! Made my horrible-sounding stock system into a stock system that will give an after-market system a run for its money. I had to turn both my Bass and Subwoofer setting down below the halfway mark because my rear deck was about to pop out of its place !! It really sounded like I had King Kong In My Trunk. Wow !!!
Lol it opens it up. 💪🏽
@@RedLineMods1 yep, it sure does lol
i just bought a 22 touring, what exactly does this setting do?
@@flipdawhip2573 i am buying a 2022 touring as well. Its on its way right now. Did this work for your new touring?
@@saaranshsharma7810 yes, got it to work. sounds better, wife still wants subs in the trunk though :)
Thanks for that upgrade.
My pleasure!
Wowww, the music is actuslly louder, thanks bro , saved me a few bucks buying speakers for a while 🤙🤙
Yessir! My pleasure! 💯🎉
Frfr much needed
Bet 🔥💪🏽
Fire just did that TR: 3/4
Mid ( One less than treble )
Bass ( One Above treble )
Golden setup 🔥🔥🔥
Yes indeed
Tried it and can really tell the difference thnks bro
You go brother thanks for the video 👌👌👌💪
@Henry you already know bro. DM me on Instagram @redlinemods.official
Congratulations bro 👏
Thanks bro! Means a lot to me!
I’ll try this out on my whip. What about the auto volume sound? Should we keep using that or turn off completely? What’s good or decent settings that you use on audio? If I can think on top of my head, I have treble 4, mid 2, bass 3. Definitely not maxing bass since it drowns out sound and potentially blow out speakers 🔊 (stock).
Thanks for the info new sub bro
Appreciate the support!
I can’t wait to try this! The audio quality on my ‘21 Sport 2.0 is soooo poor compared to my 2004 Accord, I’ve been contemplating a component swap for the components that might be interchangeable.
wish the audio was upgraded on these accords.
Woahhh big difference !!!! 2019 accord sport, bass feels muchhhh betteeeer
yes indeed!
As good as this vid looked, I was very sceptical. I have an Accord Sport 2021 and the bass is very flat, as is much of the audio profile.
Well, I figured I'd give it a try since your settings could be something I'd be able to reverse without messing anything up. WOW! What a difference it indeed made to the sound! This really works. Thanks a bunch for this valuable tip!
I don't know why they don't set this as the default setting from the very beginning.
Yup!np
DUDE ,thanks
You’re welcome!
Bro your intro is fire lol keep the content
Thanks for noticing 😂 that intro gonna stay for a bit. Took a week to get it like that.🔥💪🏽
@@RedLineMods1 keep the content bro you video very informative to people that don’t know shit about our Accord just baught my Accord sport 2019 first car ever thanks to you I been learning a lot am thinking of wrapping my car what you think?
Drive it with factory color for now… get a wrap next year and you’ll feel like you driving a new car lol
Thanks for the compliment! Yea I’m the real deal when it comes to 10th gen accords lol
i can’t decide which i like more, i feel and hear the bass more when i do this but like it lowkey sounds so much cleaner the way that it is preset because it’s not vibrating so hard lol idk
any tips for the 23 civic sport?
I tried the hidden menu in there and turned EQ off, but the change doesnt seem to save after the car is power cycled...
It might change the sound a little but, it is more placebo effect than anything. I can appreciate you sharing the trick but, it is in no way 10 times better. That's subjective of course. I have a 19' Sport, took mic measurements with an Umik and used rew to verify before and after. Slight changes at best in my car.
Turn it off… it should be gray… then try your music lol
I tried it and the same results. It has a slight difference but still on the lower grade. I have 21 Accord btw and I'm considering speaker upgrades.
The ball is to be on off so the area has to be grey when you tap it. Then try it.. but it’s couple hundred for an upgrade
@@FdgIV99SpaceGhost same here considering speaker upgrades. I just dont want to screw up any plastic trim. If i do upgrade i am putting dynomat everywhere i can. keep the road noise even lower
Yes that’s awesome.. the road noise mostly travels through the wheels.. the tires from inside had less insulation to stop the road noise
Mine was on already 😭 had me hype lol 😂
@William B no no go turn it off lol
The PS setting should be turned off so the tiny bar will be grey lol.
2018 Honda Accord touring 2.0t
Definitely a difference 💪🏼💯👊🏼🤨
Yessir! 💪🏽🔥
My honda doesent have the home button or the source button besides on the wheel and when i press em on the wheel it doesent do anything? please help i’ve been struggling w this for a while
I got a 5channel with a 10skar in mine will it make that sound better also? Or am i good with the setup i got
Great video bro!! I just started my accord build and made my first video on it! You inspired me to get an accord and build it so thank you for that! Also question, what radar do you have??
If you get radar get r3 www.amazon.com/dp/B0743H6CSN/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_glt_fabc_26HJBJE8TF5C09DX60KF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ml1&tag=misrar27-20
@@RedLineMods1 thank you‼️
My pleasure
Ayy I got a blue 2.0 too 👏🏼
🔥 congrats!!
I did this to my girls 2018 accord sport 2.0t and it works! Her speakers used to be trash compared to my 2020 si, now I can say they are on par with it. One question tho, what did that actually do to the speakers?
Mines was on to but there is a noticeable difference between Android auto and regular Bluetooth 😄👍
Turn it off… then listen to your music
after doing this it introduces distortion after volume 24. still figuring out why
My system is the Honda Accord 2.0T touring model.
Does this not work on the 22 accord 2.0t sport? I tried pressing all 3 buttons at the same time and it still isn’t working
I have Accord 2020 2.0 but i dont have this audio setting option where can i find ?
I can’t find the option ( audio setting ) , What can I do?
EX 2022
I did the way you showed in the video and it was already on in my accord
Ahhh so go back and turn it off lol .. then try your music
dope new intro
Haha someone noticed! 😂
I was literally waiting who’s gonna notice this and see people’s reaction haha. Video posted an hour ago so got a whole day ahead of me lol
Mine 2022 2.0 sport already had it on 😯
First entry here
nope. more like 3rd haha.
@@RedLineMods1 🤦🏻♂️😂🤣😂🤷🏻♂️
Lol 😂
If you want to get rid of the flickering turn the display resolution all the way up.
I just bought a 2019 Sport 2.0T I’m going to try this after work. I noticed how much the sound system in my car and my wife’s 2018 Civic EX-T really lacked in sound. My 2015 Civic LX had deeper bass from the factory speakers without my subs installed than both of them. Hopefully this will help with sound quality and bass. I’m really trying to avoid throwing my subs in the accord because I want to keep my trunk space
Yessir 💪🏽🤝
Just got the same car same year as well. Did you have good results?
@@WhiteBoy136985 it’s noticeably different now. And at higher speeds with the speed volume control set to high it sounds even better. I currently have bass, treble, and mid set to max
I would like to ask you since I can't get an answer anywhere else , does or is it possible to hook up a DVD player or Blu-ray player to the touch screen in the 2022 Honda accord 2.0 T sport ?
Maybe if you get an aftermarket unit
have u had the issue where the audio is stuck at 11 cause of car play?
Then tune treble at 3/4 midrange at just over the middle and bass at middle setting and subwoofer just under middle and save it.
Bet! 💯✊🏼
👍🏿
I couldn’t find that option in Accord 2.0 sport 2018 😢
Why did Honda do this? I have had two Accords in the past and they have good sounding systems for a stock system. My Gen9 sounds decent for a Honda Factory sound system. I know there are better sound systems out there for lux cars. But why did Honda "de-tune" the sound systems?
Has anyone put this on a RTA to see if turning off this preset restores the missing low frequencies?
I think it does restores it. You hear clear and louder sound and instrumental songs too. Like edm or remix music is much nicer
Hey does anyone know how to delete radio presets stations???
What did you add the picture as your background?
Guess I will test it out with my gospel music on way to work tomorrow!
yup!
The PS setting only affects the Bose systems. Its a DSP bypass for the factory amp. Essentially running the speakers as full range without the bass rolloff.
How will this affect the audio on a ‘17 CRV Touring w/factory premium sound and an aftermarket subwoofer added? Thanks
Can you do it to the same Honda Accord 2020 just the normal one?? Or is this just for the sports one?
I would say can be done on both.. as long as it’s got the sport one with car play I believe
🔥❤️
yessir! you gonna feel the difference.
@RedlineMods My Honda Accord Audio Sounds better with the Noise Cancellation Feature on. It has that studio sound to it with the PS setting On. It sounds too flat without the PS Setting on.Thanks
Yea true if the BASS is up and TREBLE little down then it’s nice too
Does this work on a Honda accord 2022 sport
Does it work on 2018 accord lx???
How did you get the wall paper set up like that I’ve been trying to do that but I can’t
I’ve got a video on it in my channel
You're gonna need a USB and basically plug it into your car outlet and you should be able to change the clock/wallpaper in the settings.
I think it has to be the apposite way turned off, no?
Because it is already on, so it’s balanced, when you turned this off u can get a little bit more of sound system…
When I turned mine to the right.. my quality of the sound got louder and better. Huh.. that’s weird. I may have to check it out! 😫
You right! Video coming out tomorrow to fix that 🤦🏻♂️
Can this be done on a 2017 CRV Touring?
I wish I seen this b4 changing my radio
Mine was already on when I did this.
It’s gotta be turned off I believe
This deff works on a 21’!! Was wondering cus stock settings are quite asf!
Yea exactly! Just make sure it’s turned off.. then you’ll see the diff in music. It’s amazing haha
I tried to do this but it doesn't work for me for some reason I am holding down all three buttons as described but nothing happens.
Same for me
That’s weird. Maybe it’s not working on base models.. if your screen touch screen?
I’m guessing my accord already had it tuned to this bc I swear I did the same thing and it actually LOWERED my volume, any thoughts ??
llol that grey buutton should be greyed out.
It did not work for me.
I have a 2021 touring hybrid. Does that matter? No beep.
Hmmm should’ve worked if you have same infotainment system etc…
How did you do that wall paper on the screen ?
Right i want to do something like that
does this work on lx?
I didn’t notice any difference, time for a sub & amp 🤷🏽♂️. Can anyone recommend a budget friendly set up?
ALPINE AUDIO or MEMPHIS AUDIO
@@Orange-yp9bl never heard of Memphis audio. Is it worth buying over alpine? I think i might just go with alpine
@@iiAzT3Cii memphis audio is local ... but go with ALPINE
Skar audio for the budget. I got the RP1500.1 for the amp, and the VXF12 for the subwoofer. And I got to say the subwoofer is about 50LB and that really improved the sound quality. Not only that but the VXF line is meant for SQ/SPL. So not only it will be loud but super clean, very heavy bass. I just love how it sounds with music.
Bro how did you add a wallpaper like that
Does anyone know how to do this with the LX version off the accord
i dont think so lol
What does it do exactly i have a 2020 civic touring
Make sure it’s off.. if you can get to that screen. Turns off the pre sets for the audio.. makes the Audio better
hello bro i have car 2022 Honda Accord does it work
I have 2.0t sport accord my19 in South Korea. I tried it, but my car doesn't have that function at all.
Wow that’s weird. 😮
I wonder if this will work with my new 2022 civic
See if that screen pops up.
Can you do this on 2018 Civic Sport Touring Hatchback? If so, how?
Never seen it on the hatchback
I have a 10 speaker system but this option is not available 😕
thats wildd
does this work on every Accord trim? Touring specifically
touring yea.
@@RedLineMods1 100% no, touring only though.
That’s weird! I gotta try it when I see one
It's works on 2021 sport
Where did u get the carbon fiber kits
All the links are here in this video description

I’ll try tomorrow it should work on my 2021 Accord sport S/E right
Yes it should
Yes, it did on my 21 Accord Sport 2.0.
Awesome great to hear @K 10
Does anyone tried it on Honda civic 2018?
Haven’t tried it on that
I have accord 2019 sport 1.5L. Does it work on that trim?
Haven’t tried it. If you have touch screen and same buttons as I have, then it should.
@@RedLineMods1 It worked, I had Locksmith programmed it for me. But I got the idea from your video. Thanks.
I tried it, but went back to the original settings. There is some improvement, the bass was just too heavy for me, it will give me a headache.
Gotcha! Thanks for trying @Dozie
@@RedLineMods1 no worries thank you for sharing.
Of course my pleasure
Yooo how do I do this for 2023 model?
Mine was already on
@Chris yea go back and make it go OFF. make sure the tiny bar is grey completely. then try your music.
What about 9th gen accord 2017 ?
I don’t think it’ll work on that since the screen may be different
Another youtuber says to turn it off for better sound (hondajon). Mine was already turned on, I turned it off and it sounds better.
Yea off sounds better. 💪🏽
What does this do?
The surround sound comes out muddy. Take the surround off and you will definitely hear a big difference.
Yes exactly! 💪🏽💯 smash the like button haha
Clean that screen !!
Lol 😂 did it
Does this work on a 2016 accord sport ?
Possibly not. It’s 2018 and up infotainment
Nice does it work for all stock speakers or is it only aftermarket setups
STOCK SPEAKERS! you gonna feel the difference! go do it!!
@@RedLineMods1 what a stupid setup haha, def doing this in a few minutes!
Thank for the tip bro!
Make sure the PS SETTING is OFF. Yours might be onn.. when it’s off, the tiny bar to the right should be Greyed out.
@@RedLineMods1 oh shit ok haha, u put urs on again after turning it off so i thought had to be on...ok so make sure its off(grey)...thanks again homie
I couldn't find in my accord... 🤔
I have 2019 accord how do I download pic my screen
ruclips.net/video/yqOLxFE73eM/видео.html
Is there a setting to show tire pressures?
No I have a kit on my site that shows it though!
www.redlinemodshop.com
would this work with a 2020 crv?
Not sure
Whoever says this doesn't make a massive difference needs hearing aids. 😭😂
lol so true!
Is it supposed to be on to the right or off to the left? I'm confused.
Off on the left. The bar should be all grey. I wrote it in the description and also the comment I pinned lol. I’m releasing a video tomorrow to make sure everyone has their off. I accidentally got it onn 🤦🏻♂️ but almost everyone understood haha but I’ll make sure they do understand tomorrow in the video
@@RedLineMods1 Thanks! Appreciate it.
My pleasure. 💪🏽💯
@@RedLineMods1 it doesn't work on mine when i hit the three buttons. Nothing pops out
@guillermo solano it’s a 1.5t touch screen?
