a sauce made of doubanjiang, some honey, some soy sauce and a little black vinegar tastes very good with these. It also tastes good with crispy chilli oil - but that tastes good with everything!
I like this idea for the eggplants and also to try them with the egg. I also want to put them on pizza and sprinkle with some feta crumbles on both the egg and the pizza. Thank you!
