its definitely new it comes with a 6 months japanese Sony warranty none of the codes included was used. And according to the manufacturing date it was made in 2019. And it is sold brand new through amazon fulfilment. The used ones don't look as fresh as this one. This was untouched. And if you watched the video your would see it was wraped in plastic.
Its getting increasingly harder every month of this year to get a PS vita now I am noticing stock is decreasing quickly in alot of places. But there are still places like eb games, amazon and ebay that do still sell them.
