Hero Senki is the SNES game where Gilliam Jaeger originally came from before he ended up in the OG timeline/dimension. He's actually the main villain in the game, including his personal combat machine, the XN Geist.
@ravageMK2 Gilliam starts out as an ally, equipped with the original Gespenst (which was a power armor, not a giant robot,) and he also appears in the original SRW timeline, and it's the same Gilliam that appears in all timelines.
Actually, from what I gather all his heroics is actually repetance for all that he does in Hero Senki. IN FACT, remember how he says 'Farewell, my friend, System XN'? He is the exact same Gilliam from Hero Senki, even!

Now I am thinking of the time OG Masaki got so lost he ended up in another dimension ( you know Another Century R 's universe) Also it must be awkward for Gilliam to meet different universe versions of people he knows because he might say some information about them to them and they would be confused how he would know that.Then again who knows actually how many different universes he has been to.

On another note, OG Masaki is pretty much identical to the 2ndSRW/EX Masakibecause their personality and character development is almost identical. Except for the canon killing Shu part of the 2nd/ex Masaki's story line. They just replaced all the non-banpresto originals with new original characters. If you know more differences please elaborate.

I don't know a whole lot bout Masaki since i know far less about the Lord of Elemental sub series than the OG series.
