Hi Mambo, I am due to take Gowling's video interview shortly, and would be grateful for any tips on how to tackle the questions - how much detail should we go into when answering how we would takcle the scenario we're given? What's the most important criteria that they're assessing you on? Is it more personality over substance, or are they both equally weighted? Thanks
Congrats! and thanks for sharing your AC experience. I have one question regarding the application form. On the application form they asked a question. There is a potential new public sector client in the health sector and I need to answer why should the client choose Gowling as its legal adviser. I had no clue how to tackle this question :( Did you get the same question? This is the first time I saw a question like that, other firms normally just ask about motivation and work experience related questions... never encountered such a specific question before...
Yuuu Lee I got a very similar question, but there is a certain word limit for a reason. Think about what you would want to hear about your firm and how it can stand out from the rest of the applications, as they are bound to read hundreds! Good luck :)

Hi, it took a few days to hear back from the Early Talent Team. You have to imagine how many video interviews they have to watch and mark! Best of luck.
