Owned a green 1976 KZ900 bought new in same year. Rode it for 2 years and put 10k miles on . Sold it to friend, who survived headon collision with only a broken wrist. Great bike!

bought one in 76', mine was brown, paid $2000 right out of the box and put 44,000 miles on it in 2 summers, wish I had kept it, best looking Japaneese bike ever built and alot of fun to ride

Nice paint job on the one you rode but the pinstripe is wrong, compare it to the other one which is correct

Looks like a KZ1000 tank which is a slightly different shape to the 900 making the stripes look odd
