  • Phantom Splitboarding Slipper, Phantom M6 Binding Review - Hard Boot Splitboarding Set Up
    How does the Phantom Splitboarding system work? What is the Phantom Slipper? How does a hardboot work for splitboarding?
    This video will cover the complete Phantom Splitboarding setup, hard boots and what I think of the setup :). Hint, it is impressive!

    Thank you for this. I’ve been on the fence about hardboots for a while and now it’s time to pull the trigger

      Happy to help. I think you will appreciate them as much as we all do. I have several friends try it out and never look back. Hope you enjoy them too! 🏂🙌

    Nice video. It would be great to see more footage of you riding the bindings.

    In Addition to the risers info, they also have a rail to put for example a voile strap through it, to lock the heel down to the Ski in split mode for skiing down short sections

      @@Engearment Thanks Sean, you helped me so much in choosing my gear (that also can fit the right amount of sandwiches xP) over the last 2 - 3 years, that I´m glad I could give you an iddy biddy little piece back 😁🤙

    1650 for boots and bindings damn. Maybe in the future. 500 for sparks and last years boots. I got to stay on the budget.

      Nothing wrong with some Sparks and boots! We just put up our review on the new Spark Surge today - ruclips.net/video/yqAKgz2RvZE/видео.html

    This is awesome… thank you for this. Do you still have the same snowboard ‘feel’ making turns?

    • @Engearment
      @Engearment  Год назад +1

      Yes I do! Very much so. I can say that I switched over all my boards (which is a good amount) to be on the Phantom system now.

    Can I use these boots on my normal snowboard?

    • @Engearment
      @Engearment  6 месяцев назад

      You know, that had not crossed my mind yet. Great question. I will ping my contacts there and see if there is a snowboard interface separate of the splitboard interface.

    What is the green and the gold that you speak of in the video? Very unclear on that.

    • @Engearment
      @Engearment  3 года назад

      They are the “Link Levers” aka - the high back support springs. Green is the strongest. Gold is in the middle. Red is the least resistance. Hope that helps Brother!

      @FesNaqvi 3 года назад +1

      @@Engearment It does but that should be mentioned in the video itself as to the lay person they'll not know what you're talking about and just as an FYI, there are two springs in the link lever.

      @@FesNaqvi Good feedback Fes. Aaron Rose is actually working on a Link Lever specific review in great detail. I will link to that once it is up.
