I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit in prison on my bunk reading the book of Jude. I heard tongues coming from my stomach and the book opened up on me. Super special moment I was never taught about the Holy Spirit growing up in church. Thank you Heavenly Father!!
Amen brother. I too received the baptism while in prison. A brother taught me in the word first about the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and then asked me if I wanted to receive it. In between 2 bunks, he anointed my hands and head with anointing oil and laid hands on me and started praying. It took about a min and the power of God filled me. It wasn't just speaking in tongues for me, it was like I had POWER to do any and everything for God. It gave me a hunger and desire for God. Prison is a ripe ground for the supernatural move of God. Hope your well and prospering in the LORD!

@@ruben-nn4rs Wow, HalleluYah!!! What a blessing. Amen! The Lord knows our hearts and what we would do with His Gifts beforehand, therefore everybody's experience of baptism by the Holy Spirit is different. My heart sings with gladness and joy! A couple of times the Holy Spirit filled me up so much from within, I thought I would begin bursting in tongues, but it hasn't happened yet… But at least I did feel the BURNING FIRE of the Holy Spirit inside me, and it has been absolutely amazing. HalleluYah!!! 😍❤️🤗🙏🙏🙏 I am very thankful to the Lord and I'm looking forward to be baptized by the Holy Spirit and finally start receiving His power, strength and anointing, so I could serve His people within the body of Christ, and also so that *_my Evangelism and Witnessing_* finally receive God's anointing and begin drawing people to Christ! So, if we show our faithfulness, He shows as His. Apparently, that's how it works. So help us Lord Jesus! The peace of Christ and Godspeed to all of us, Brethren. 💪🙏 Lord, have mercy! Amen.
Good evening Peggy. I just wanted to let you know that I can’t stop watching your AMAZING teaching! Thank you so much for uploading your anointed word!
I prayed and asked for the Holy Spirit baptism right here while listening to your message. When you said that there are Christians who fight and don't want a gift from God, I'm like I want this gift to equip me to be a successful witness and I realized this is something I have to ask for it, I bowed my head and asked God for the baptism of the Holy Spirit and I got a pure joy bubbling up inside me and while continuing to listen to you, I also received my prayer tongue. I didn't have to "force" it or even think about it. I just kept listening to the rest of this video and the next one while praying and thanking God. I was saved 24 years and didn't know about being equipped to serve through the Spirit. Praise God for your ministry and explaining out of the Bible how this is done. We studied Book of John this year with a Bible Study group and one of the unanswered questions was why disciples in John 20:22 received the Holy Ghost and had to do it again in Acts Chapter 2. I know I received the indwelling Holy Ghost when I was saved but now, I'm empowered to serve and witness. Thank you, Peggy Joyce Ruth for your ministry and words of wisdom. You are such a blessing.
I can't agree more with you Teacher. I longed for a long time to speak in tongues , but I wasn't asking. One day I pray and ask God for tongues, surely I got Baptism of the Holy Spirit same day. What a nice experience ! Glory to God.
When i first prayed for the Holy Spirit, i had become aware of His presence around me, but i came to realize that the Holy Spirit was around me, but not in me. A couple of altar workers took me back to the prayer room. They had me kneel and start asking the Lord for what i wanted. So i started fervently doing so. After a few minutes, i heard footsteps and then the pastors' voice telling me to stand up, lift my hands, and recieve the Holy Spirit. I stood up, with my eyes still closed, and lifted my hands. Immediately, i saw a window appear to my upper right side. It had what were shutters on the outside ends of it, and they were wide open. I looked in the window and saw this beautiful blue sky. Then, i saw a bright light appear inside the window at the left hand corner. It then started moving across my field of vision until it reached the center, stopped, and shined on me. Immediately, i felt a warmth moving up my body, starting at my ankles. It kept rising up my body until it approached the top of my head Then i heard the pastor telling me to surrender my tongue to the Holy Spirit. I did so by opening my mouth and relaxing my tongue. After a few minutes, i felt the Spirit i had recieved seize control of my tongue and i started to fluently start speaking in this strange language. The effect was staggering. I was so feeled with joy i could hardly contain it. I was " beside myself" i was so happy Later, i thought no wonder these pentecostals dance, shout, and run the aisles. This is how joy is displayed. My testemony might not be exactly like others because i had no church experience contradicting how or when you recieve the Holy Spirit How to be baptized in the Spirit is the same. The baptism is how and when the Holy Spirit is recieved
I go to a church that don't speak in tongues. They say they believe in it but won't do it unless it's interpreted. I grew up Pentecostal and many did it and prophesied as well. You explained it very well thanks.
A prayer toung is not interpreted it is the holy spirit praying a perfect prayer that Satan can not understand.we pray in the spirit and we pray natural
Its a very delicate subject, there are also demonic tongues so most churches leave this subject out because of that. I used to go to tongue speaking churches but hmmmm, of late no. There was a lot of unsure things that didn't go well with my heart.
@@GodsGirlLinda Joyce is right...the "prayer language" is for US...the Holy Spirit praying "the perfect prayer" BACK to the Father, for the "perfect Will" (that's in our Books in Heaven) for/in our lives...ya can't get much better than THAT! 😁...PERFECT!..the OTHER Tongues is for a different purpose...it's for in a "corporate" setting for other purposes...thanks!..God bless you wonderfully, amazingly, and tremendously!!..i send you love and hugs, from Alaska!🙏🤗👍🏻😇💜
you were talking about the different experiences when someone receives the "Baptism of the Holy Spirit"...for "me, myself, and i" it was a massive "JOY experience"!..i was hit in my "funny bone"!..started giggling and laughing and almost fell off the bed several times!..it was actually hilarious when i realized later what had happened...i couldn't stop laughing and giggling!..and Father started me off with singing in a strong (what i called) Irish-Scottish accent...it was really weird, but also sooo funny, at the time...thank you sooo much for this teaching!..you're so right, about the Church NEEDing this!..it is very valuable to have!..God bless you Peggy wonderfully, amazingly, fully, and tremendously!!..i send you love and hugs, from Alaska!🙏🤗👍🏻😇💜
It feels like 3 experiences 1.) saved 2.) physical baptism the ceremony then 3.) receiving the power and knowing that you have a bonus power inside that expressing outward.
In Acts some receive the baptism through the laying on of hands. Being in a community that imparts the Holy Ghost baptism, believing and professing it is essential. Also being around others who speak in tongues can impart the baptism. God does not want to withhold this from you so you may not know unless you are being sent out to evangelize. I know I did not realize that it had happened until I went to another nation and I was overwhelmed with a fresh love I had never experienced. I was not aware of it until 6-8 months after I arrived. My tongue did not come for many years later too. God is faithful He will surely do it. Keep asking! I did for years for my tongue!
If you haven't already, you might try getting deliverance first since some demons can block you from receiving it...especially generational witchcraft spirits.
Question for those who can answer. Acts 2 5-12 Speaking in tongues ( Languages ) This clearly says Language of the lands of other native speakers. I don't speak Mandarin but someone with the ture Holy Spirit can pray out loud in that language they don't know and someone who hears and speaks Mandarin will interpret it. This is how I've always understood what theses scriptures are saying. Am I misunderstanding? I was baptized with water when I was 20 im now in my late 40's and haven't received the baptism of the Holy Spirit even though I've prayed for God to in part his spirit into me more times than I can count. I did have a NDE when I gave birth to my last child or maybe that was my spiritual baptism. Also twice in church I've heard others standing speaking in tongues however it was completely gibberish repeating the same thing over and over which no one could interpret. This makes me leery do to evil spirits. Thanks to anyone who can clarify.
Don't call it complete gibberish. If you don't trust what they say don't listen to them but have faith that God will give you what you pray for(baptism of the holyghost) There are two types of tongues. There is is tongues in other languages. This serves as a witness to those who understandthe language to believe in Christ through the speaker. This is what the apostles spoke on the day of Pentecost. Because people from many nations where around the day the spirit of God broke forth from heaven on the apostles. It served as witness to those who could understand and they understood what each person speaking their language was saying. This is actually very rare in church and only comes when the holy ghost wants to communicate with a foreigner his will for him/her and thus increase his or her faith with instructions. The second is tongues as a prayer. This is referred was refferd to by Paul as the language of Angels 1 Corinthians chapter 13 vs 1. Why did Apostle Paul teach us to pray in tongues, especially in our personal prayers. We might have prayer points but the Holy Spirit knows more what to pray for. When we pray in tongues we are actually yeilding our vessel (mouth) to the holypisitt to pray the will of the father both for us, our family and our nation. Your major prayer point might be for a job but when you pray in tongues (what you call gibberish ) the spirit of God might be praying away an untimely death or accident that could happen as soon as you step out.
@@heatherakins814Speaking in " tongues" is speaking in one spiritual language. Paul refered to it as the" unknown tongue that no man knoweth"( 1Cor.14:2). If it's a language " no man knows" then it's not a language native to this world. The miracle in Acts ch.2, when the believers recieved the Holy Spirit, wasn't that they were speaking the native languages of those in the crowd, but that they were speaking this one spiritual language and the men in the crowd Heard what they were saying in their individual native languages. That is why three times the men in the crowd asked how they were hearing what the believers were saying in their native languages. This repetition was to alert us to that fact.
Love your teachings. Can you elaborate on baptism being a one time event but being filled up can happen over and over? Im just having a hard time understanding this biblically and spiritually
Sometimes it helps to have someone pray for you but many people receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit just by asking the Lord and being open to receive.
Pray fervently for the Lord to fill you with the Holy Spirit. Keep doing so until He answers your prayer and does so.(You will know when it happens). Once He does, opened your mouth and relax your tongue as a way of surrendering it to Him. Keep doing so until the Holy Spirit " tames" it and enables you to speak in tongues. It is important to have a believer who already speaks in tongues to lay hands on you and pray for you and with you to be filled.
Satan is the author of confusion, Tongues always follows False Doctrine Churches who desire a feel something or the Spirit didn't show up. Emotionalism and wanting to feel good can be from another Spirit. Speaking in Tongues is mentioned as the Least of the Gifts. Paul addressed the Corinthian church where Tongues was a major problem that he had to address. Talked to a lady who spoke in tongues , but wasn't sure if it was really God or not. The Bible warns that not every Spirit is of God. Been in a few services where a Demonic Spirit was controlling the service. Some say I got it, it is not a "It" , but the third person of the Trinity. Some desire a gift more than they do a personal walk with Jesus. Amazing that Jesus Never spoke in Tongues nor did he ever Baptize anyone. Again, Satan is the Author of Confusion and Tongues has been a very dividing doctrine.
Galatians 3:13 [13]Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”
Acts 1:3-11 [3]After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God. [4]On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. [5]For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” [6]Then they gathered around him and asked him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?” [7]He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. [8]But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” [9]After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. [10]They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. [11]“Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”
Acts 2:33-47 [33]Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear. [34]For David did not ascend to heaven, and yet he said, “ ‘The Lord said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand [35]until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.” ’ [36]“Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.” [37]When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” [38]Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. [39]The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off-for all whom the Lord our God will call.” [40]With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.” [41]Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day. [42]They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. [43]Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. [44]All the believers were together and had everything in common. [45]They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. [46]Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, [47]praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
Acts 1:3 [3]After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.
If you've asked for it, you have it. Psalm 84:11 Don't give up. No good thing will He withhold... Being born again and being forgiven and forgiving others is the only prerequisite. Turn on worship music and just spend time in His presence. Your new language will come. PJR Min.
How do you know it doesn’t mean languages like French and Spanish etc like a polyglot? Paul said not everyone has the gift of tongues and it is not the best gift. So I’m so confused when people say if you don’t speak babble you don’t have the Holy Spirit. There’s very little in the Bible about it. I’ve read and looked trying to figure it out but it’s so confusing. There’s a huge division in Christianity over this topic.
Yes it is very divided topic bc the enemy is trying to keep believers away from the power of the Holy Spirit. “For one who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God; for no one understands, but in his spirit he speaks mysteries.” 1 Corinthians 14:2 NASB1995 Tongues is a heavenly language between you and God. This is a personal experience every believer can walk in if they ask God for. But also there is a gift of tongues where people speak in another language as a sign to unbelievers or sometime believers pray in prayer their languages people hear it in their own language like in the book of Acts.
It’s funny I know I read that passage of paul saying it was the least of all gifts. I’m 100% sure but it was not the king James. Other people have read it too but now I can’t find it. It’s weird like one of those Mandela effect things. I’ve only been saved for a few years so I have a lot to learn. This is one topic I’m so unsure about but want to understand.
lol! I tried to run from the baptism of the Holy Spirit but yes he commanded me to act right! 😅 It means to be on the frontlines!! He said “Lady, cut it out! You are already on the front lines let me show you your power…” He held my hand and dragged me through. lol! 😆 🎚️🙏🏽❤️
John 20:19-23 [19]On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” [20]After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord. [21]Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” [22]And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit. [23]If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.”
When the Lord breathed on the apostles and said " Recieve ye the Holy Spirit, they didn't recieve the Spirit at that time. In the new testaments original Greek, the Word " recieve" means " to take hold of". Jesus had not ascended to heaven yet so the Spirit had not been poured out yet. In Acts ch.2 right before the believers recieved the Holy Spirit a mighty wind blew through where they were gathered. What is the natural response of breath or wind blowing in our face ? We breath in. Just as a baby breathes in and cries when born, a believer breathes in and speaks in tongues when born of the Spirit.
The Sacrament of Baptism is called the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit, for it signifies and actually brings about the birth of water and the Spirit without which no one can enter the Kingdom of God. Salvation starts with Baptism first because it is the only way of forgiveness with Original sin.

Luke 11:11-13 [11]“Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? [12]Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? [13]If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”
Galatians 3:13-29 [13]Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.” [14]He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. [15]Brothers and sisters, let me take an example from everyday life. Just as no one can set aside or add to a human covenant that has been duly established, so it is in this case. [16]The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ. [17]What I mean is this: The law, introduced 430 years later, does not set aside the covenant previously established by God and thus do away with the promise. [18]For if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on the promise; but God in his grace gave it to Abraham through a promise. [19]Why, then, was the law given at all? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come. The law was given through angels and entrusted to a mediator. [20]A mediator, however, implies more than one party; but God is one. [21]Is the law, therefore, opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not! For if a law had been given that could impart life, then righteousness would certainly have come by the law. [22]But Scripture has locked up everything under the control of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe. [23]Before the coming of this faith, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed. [24]So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith. [25]Now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian. [26]So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, [27]for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. [28]There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. [29]If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
John 3:16-36 [16]For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. [17]For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. [18]Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. [19]This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. [20]Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. [21]But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God. [22]After this, Jesus and his disciples went out into the Judean countryside, where he spent some time with them, and baptized. [23]Now John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because there was plenty of water, and people were coming and being baptized. [24](This was before John was put in prison.) [25]An argument developed between some of John’s disciples and a certain Jew over the matter of ceremonial washing. [26]They came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, that man who was with you on the other side of the Jordan-the one you testified about-look, he is baptizing, and everyone is going to him.” [27]To this John replied, “A person can receive only what is given them from heaven. [28]You yourselves can testify that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah but am sent ahead of him.’ [29]The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. [30]He must become greater; I must become less.” [31]The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. [32]He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. [33]Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. [34]For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. [35]The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. [36]Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.
The apostles didn't recieve the Holy Spirit when Jesus breathed on them. The proof of this is in Acts ch 10. After the gentiles had recieved the Holy Spirit and began to speak in tongues Peter turned to the six with him anfmd said," Can any man deny baptism to these who have recieved the Holy Spirit just as we have "?( Acts 10:47). If Peter recieved the Holy Spirit just as the gentiles had he did so in Acts 2 and also spoke in tongues. The reason Jesus breathed in their faces was because the natural response to air blowing in your face is to breath in. Right before the believers recieved the Holy Spirit a mighty wind blew through the pavillion where they were gathered. They breathed in and recieved the Holy Spirit. Just as a natural baby leaves the mothers' body, they breath in and cry. A spiritual baby breathed in and speaks in " tongues". The Holy Spirit baptism is how the believer recieves the Holy Spirit. They are not two different events.
People have to live right saying s sinners prayer❤and not letting Holy Trinity change us isnt enough theres Christians dying daily and going to hell including preachers.
A person receives the baptism of the Holy Spirit the moment they are born again. Jesus told Nicodemus he must be born from above by the water even the Word. Translated by the water which is the Word. The water in this passage is referring to the Holy Spirit. the Word and the Holy Spirit are one. The washing of the water by the word. When one is born again, he receives all of the Holy Spirit Ephesians 1:3 says we are blessed with all spiritual blessings. The new believer, no matter how frail or weak spiritually has the same standing and position in righteousness as the mature Christian. This is very dangerous as satan will cause an emotional experience in someone and think it is from the Holy Spirit.and not from Jesus. Jesus does not give second parts of salvation. When one believes, he has all his sins forgiven, his name in the lambs book of life, sealed by the Holy Spirit and has a righteousness that is imputed to us that is Jesus's fulfilling the law which allows us to stand before God as though we are perfect even though we are sinful beings..
Noone is teching yheese kind of lessoons in no churches sre religions unless u penticostal or 5fold or carsmayic apostolic thoose sre the only religions that teach bout holy Spirit
Most christians and even prophets hates witnessing for God. They have this kind of fear of commitment, rejection and persecution. The Holy Spirit knows what it would do to us. We do not control the Spirit, it knows what it is going to do with us in matters of witnessing, healing, rebuking, teaching, praying loving and forgiving. Its not that we need more of the Spirit, but its the Holy Spirit who needs more of us....

Wow, HalleluYah!!!
What a blessing.
Amen!
The Lord knows our hearts and what we would do with His Gifts beforehand, therefore everybody's experience of baptism by the Holy Spirit is different.
I am yet to receive mine! 🙏🥺🙏
The Lord told me that:
(1) FIRST, I must PROVE MYSELF *obedient, faithful, and 100% COMMITTED to Him,* and put Him first in my life ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE!
(That is, start seeking God's kingdom and His righteousness at all times and in everything, first and foremost...);
(2) SECOND, not be living in any habitual sins, sinful lifestyles, iniquities, rebellion, disobedience to God's commandments, etc., refusing to repent and forsake them forever; and
(3) THIRD, I must *enter the body of Christ* and become a local church/Christian fellowship member!
And ONLY THEN will He grant me the baptism and gifts of the Holy Spirit. ☝️🚨
The baptism and gifts of the Holy Spirit are NOT given for our own personal pleasure, entertainment, or gain! (1 Cor. 11-14)
They're given *for the body of Christ* -- in order to grow it and build it up, and TO SERVE the Lord❗️
So, unless we are *_inside and active in the body of Christ,_* AND *ready & willing to serve Lord Jesus* within His Church/Body, we will not receive it!
Plain and simple, huh?
We must use these gifts for the benefit of the local body of Christ and its growth!
Not for our own individual purposes or satisfaction.
These were my personal revelations from the Holy Spirit, and the Lord tells me to keep praying for the baptism, and I will receive it in due time.
But first, *I must prove* myself, my living faith and my zeal for the spiritual gifts by being FAITHFUL, Consistent, and Obedient (to His commandments and convictions) INSIDE the body of Christ.

Praise Lord Jesus, I have finally found a local church that is right for me (after 12+ years), and started attending it last week.
My heart sings with gladness and joy!
Brothers and sisters have been praying for me, and I feel so empowered and loved, and I feel the Lord's VERY STRONG PRESENCE every time I am in Christian Fellowship, at a meeting.
A couple of times the Holy Spirit filled me up so much from within, I thought I would begin bursting in tongues, but it hasn't happened yet…
But at least I did feel the BURNING FIRE of the Holy Spirit inside me, and it has been absolutely amazing.
HalleluYah!!! 😍❤️🤗🙏🙏🙏
I am very thankful to the Lord and I'm looking forward to be baptized by the Holy Spirit and finally start receiving His power, strength and anointing, so I could serve His people within the body of Christ, and also so that *_my Evangelism and Witnessing_* finally receive God's anointing and begin drawing people to Christ!
So, if we show our faithfulness, He shows as His.
Apparently, that's how it works.
So help us Lord Jesus!
The peace of Christ and Godspeed to all of us, Brethren. 💪🙏
Lord, have mercy!
Amen.
Good evening Peggy. I just wanted to let you know that I can’t stop watching your AMAZING teaching! Thank you so much for uploading your anointed word!
AMEN
Very Good❤🎬
I’m learning so much from Peggy! ❤
@@RachelleAyalaWriter Wow! Love this testimony! Thanks for letting us know.
I can't agree more with you Teacher. I longed for a long time to speak in tongues , but I wasn't asking. One day I pray and ask God for tongues, surely I got Baptism of the Holy Spirit same day. What a nice experience ! Glory to God.
Praise the Lord!!
It kept rising up my body until it approached the top of my head
Then i heard the pastor telling me to surrender my tongue to the Holy Spirit. I did so by opening my mouth and relaxing my tongue.
After a few minutes, i felt the Spirit i had recieved seize control of my tongue and i started to fluently start speaking in this strange language. The effect was staggering. I was so feeled with joy i could hardly contain it. I was " beside myself" i was so happy
Later, i thought no wonder these pentecostals dance, shout, and run the aisles. This is how joy is displayed.
My testemony might not be exactly like others because i had no church experience contradicting how or when you recieve the Holy Spirit
How to be baptized in the Spirit is the same. The baptism is how and when the Holy Spirit is recieved
Peggy: What you share from the scriptures about JESUS is so unique/helpful 👩🎨 !
@@joyceterry58 thank you so much.
Its a very delicate subject, there are also demonic tongues so most churches leave this subject out because of that. I used to go to tongue speaking churches but hmmmm, of late no. There was a lot of unsure things that didn't go well with my heart.
@@joyceterry58 yes, EXACTLY...thanks!..God bless you!!..🙏👍🏻😇💜

you were talking about the different experiences when someone receives the "Baptism of the Holy Spirit"...for "me, myself, and i" it was a massive "JOY experience"!..i was hit in my "funny bone"!..started giggling and laughing and almost fell off the bed several times!..it was actually hilarious when i realized later what had happened...i couldn't stop laughing and giggling!..and Father started me off with singing in a strong (what i called) Irish-Scottish accent...it was really weird, but also sooo funny, at the time...thank you sooo much for this teaching!..you're so right, about the Church NEEDing this!..it is very valuable to have!..God bless you Peggy wonderfully, amazingly, fully, and tremendously!!..i send you love and hugs, from Alaska!🙏🤗👍🏻😇💜
It feels like 3 experiences
1.) saved
2.) physical baptism the ceremony then
3.) receiving the power and knowing that you have a bonus power inside that expressing outward.
GOD BLESSED YOU ALL!。THANK YOU AMEN🌼🙏❤
I have been praying for the Baptism for 20 years and have yet to experience it😕 very discouraged!
I understand. It’s been decades for me too. It hurts.
I truly do want to know why this happens with some of us? Or should I say it doesn’t happen, I really wonder this very thing.
Discouragement not from God
Experienced it!
Amen!!!! Preach it sister! God bless you!!!
Amen hallelujah 🙌
Question for those who can answer.
Acts 2 5-12
Speaking in tongues ( Languages )
This clearly says Language of the lands of other native speakers.
If you don't trust what they say don't listen to them but have faith that God will give you what you pray for(baptism of the holyghost)
There are two types of tongues.

I always dreamt I am speaking in towns does this mean i will speak in tongues, help me please
I believe it does mean that God means for you to have it or that you already have it and just need to open your mouth and start using it!
Does this baptism only happen if someone prays for you? Can you do this by yourself by asking God?
Sometimes it helps to have someone pray for you but many people receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit just by asking the Lord and being open to receive.
Romans 11:29
[29]for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.
I have being praying to speak in tongs, but haven't received it yet!
Took me 2 years lol. It will come out of love and desperation..
AAAAAAAAMEN🌼🙏❤
Galatians 3:13
[13]Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”
Acts 1:3-11
[3]After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.
[4]On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about.
[5]For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”
[6]Then they gathered around him and asked him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?”
[7]He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority.
[8]But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
[9]After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.
Acts 2:33-47
[33]Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.
[34]For David did not ascend to heaven, and yet he said,
“ ‘The Lord said to my Lord:
“Sit at my right hand
[35]until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet.” ’
[36]“Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.”
[37]When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
[38]Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
[39]The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off-for all whom the Lord our God will call.”
[40]With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.”
[41]Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.
They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts,
[47]praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.

I came to Christ in July 2021, I was then Baptised in August 2021 and I still don't speak in tongues. I've asked God for it but nothing.
“For one who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God; for no one understands, but in his spirit he speaks mysteries.”
1 Corinthians 14:2 NASB1995
Tongues is a heavenly language between you and God.
You are already on the front lines let me show you your power…” He held my hand and dragged me through. lol! 😆

John 20:19-23
[19]On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”
[20]After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord.
[21]Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”
[22]And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.

[11]“Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead?
[12]Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion?
[13]If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”
Was told someone can impart evil spirits by laying hands on
Galatians 3:13-29
[13]Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”
[14]He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.
[26]So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith,
[27]for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
[28]There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
[29]If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
John 3:16-36
[16]For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
[24](This was before John was put in prison.)
[25]An argument developed between some of John’s disciples and a certain Jew over the matter of ceremonial washing.
[26]They came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, that man who was with you on the other side of the Jordan-the one you testified about-look, he is baptizing, and everyone is going to him.”
[27]To this John replied, “A person can receive only what is given them from heaven.
[28]You yourselves can testify that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah but am sent ahead of him.’
[29]The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete.
[30]He must become greater; I must become less.”
[31]The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth.
PRAISE THE LORD, H🌼🙏❤
The Holy Shirit is Jesus Christ our God and King
Noone is teching yheese kind of lessoons in no churches sre religions unless u penticostal or 5fold or carsmayic apostolic thoose sre the only religions that teach bout holy Spirit
if you arent teaching out of Acts, you are misleading people on what the baptism of the holy spirit is
Most christians and even prophets hates witnessing for God.
