Campervan banane se pahle khud bahut R & D karni padti hai….aur 1-1 item khud customise krke apne saamne banvana padta hai….but agar itna time nhi ki apne saamne banva sako…..

Dhruv bhai, don't compromise with ProCamper brand. In my view, the options are mentioned below in the order of preference.
1. Dispose the vehicle off as it is, atleast the owner can save any further expense on this misventure.
2. Remove all camping fitments which is negativity impacting it's impression and sell off the vehicle.
3. Build this camper from zero with new ProCamper style😊

1...jugad will definitely give problems sooner or later n will cost again
2...next buyer will also hesitate to buy/always in doubt
3...Procamper standard/name will go down....ultimately ppl will see final outcome done by Procamper

After watching the video, I believe it's a wise decision to rebuild it from scratch. Here's why:
The vehicle's owner has realized his mistake and understands what went wrong with his Nissan.
He's now seeking your help, and as a kind person, you empathize with his losses and aim to minimize expenses as much as possible.
He has ultimately recognized his mistake, so it's now your responsibility to regain his confidence.
I felt emotional seeing that he had already purchased lots of camping gear but is now unable to use it.
As a brand, Dhruv needs to build a genuine caravan that will carry on the legacy. Whoever purchases it will be grateful for fulfilling their dream.

I recommend building the caravan from scratch instead of just doing denting, painting, and patch work. Working from scratch will ensure a higher quality result and maintain your brand's value, whereas patch work could negatively impact your reputation.

8months validity on this car (ex Delhi)
Minus construction time will leave gulzaif bhai very less time to enjoy this car.
It is indeed a sad story even scary for some.
Advise Gulsaif bhai to sell this car as it is.
Take the loss unfortunately.
And start everything fresh.
Get a yodha or isuzu or Hilux and make a new caravan.
But again you and gulsaif bhai are best to decide.

Sir please suggest which chimney you use for kitchen in car. Can we use it for small home kitchen?
No chimneys , we use exhausts.

If it has to be done from Pro Camper end then take the task from zero base , simple repairing touch up won’t satisfy customer nor the market reputation of Pro Camper , quality of job cant be compromised as you are basically going to fulfil someone’s dream of having a proper Campar van else it will be a waste from either end. Quick fix wont work.
Making from scratch is not practical for gulzaib bhai.
Sensible option is to abandon this project (sell the car as it is)
Start fresh. New car.
Isuzu . Yodha . Hilux
Or
Eco . Bolero .
And start from zero.
Putting money in a loss project is not sensible.

Should be done from scratch. As, the new buyer will get impression that he/she is being cheated. Second, when the new buyer will come to know about you've done the work, then your image and reputation will go down. So, in my opinion the work should be done from scratch and should be your another best outcome. All the best...

Hilux is an offroading vehicle, uska koi alternate nhi hai..and 6.5 feet ki height build ki jaa sakti hai.
