It is a clear cut case of molestation if it has taken place. Deserves no mercy n leniency in the reported offence. Such a behaviour is highly unbecoming on the part of a Govt official too. Needs to be taken seriously otherwise others may be promoted to repeat such incidences as after committing such offences accused are spared on warning by the law n competent authorities.
10 years back, My elder brother was a medical student. He was bullied by his seniors resident doctor for 2 years. He used to force him to drink his urine. Beat regularly basis. Humiliated nak*d.

I'm an Emergency Doctor in the medical field for 12years as of now, we as female doctors face harassment from all ends ( male nurses, male doctors , sometimes even FEMALE seniors - Doctors, colleagues , Higher Authorities of Hospitals) while on duty.
No actions will be taken by the management nor the government , instead the hospital management terminates the female doctors.
It's been a sad scenario where most of the doctors donot want to fight against this as they think it's a waste of time and energy.Nothing is going to change in the mannerism of medical field.
No voice for female doctors especially in South India.
Even more so harassment is from the people of highly influential background wherein junior nurses, doctors harass senior female doctors, in such case the senior doctor doesn't know where to go for help.

Trains should be used for means for transport and convenience not for unnecessary over migration from UP and bihar or illegal immigrants when those people literally go other states without any job in hand and then enroaching footpaths for unnecessary shops, slums near railway station.
