Sapinit is a fave of my children when they were in elementary. Meron taniman nyan sa San Pablo, Laguna. Sa Quezon naman kami nakabili ng lipote at catmon. Ang kabuyaw natikman ko sa mindoro. Yun first 3 hahanapin ko. Nagtatanim ako ng mga endemic na puno at prutas natin.
I am Pilipino, 70 years old now, but never in my whole i’ve seen these fruits, not even one of them, i live in province too, where were those fruits in my whole life. Hope to even see few of them before my time came.
I'm from Laguna and have never encountered these kinds of fruits in my lifetime and i'm 69 years old...there's an array of native fruits in. the province of Laguna🥑🥭🍊🍌🍍🍒🍓🍉🍈
The kabuyaw, or we call it kaburaw in Iloko...interestingly you called it Kiefer lime. It cost an arm and a leg to buy that in the US. I ordered a kiefer lime tree from the local nursery but it is hard to find still waiting to be in stock. Thai and Vietnamese use the leaves in their cooking. I like to put a leaf or 2 when cooking sinigang, my neighbor gives me some leaves sometimes.
@@timdziak6881 When we lived in the Philippines only one house in the entire barrio had kaburaw. As a child I remember going there asking for kaburaw. That is why I am intent on finding it here. My calamansi tree is producing now so I know kaburaw would do good in my backyard too.
Kabuyaw leaves are savory and uses as one ingredients in most Thai Receipies. Its expensive here in Europe. It has the same flavor like citrus grass which filipinos called in "tanglad."
I think we can add here 2 more fruits: (1) Curocombo fruit - It's like rambutan but smaller in sizes with sour tastes, and (2) Batwan fruit - it has light green color and as small as candies. Its sour taste is at high level.
Bayag usa, i ve seen thjswheniwasin gradesschool this plantjust grow in a small mounds of zarth adfer i moveed tothe city of Manila i never saw it again..
@ very few people have that fruit, some they have not even tried it. It’s tart good to eat with salt.its dark maroon color when it’s ripe, has only one seed ,like olives.

lipute is baligang/duhat?.
lipote is same as baligang.. duhat is different...lipote ay mas maasim kesa sa duhat..ang duhat at medyo matamis na mapakla
Bayag usa. Sa bacon sorsogon, takin lapit.
They should propagate those fruits so
That people will know them.
Perhaps the environment is what makes them rare
