I used to open this company’s products on the channel until they went over the top sending me juiced after juiced boxes making tens of thousands of dollars off my viewers. Trimmed cards were the last straw and it was no more of this company. They took no ownership of the trimmed cards when I questioned them on it. Stay away from these products folks.
@@JonsSportsCards I noticed a few channels pitch them hard..i always assume they get juiced stuff or all free to promote them. That’s why I just don’t promote any products. You seem to be a true collector and don’t want that crap as well! 👍🏼
I don't think anybody, in the history of baseball cards, has ever taken a Sandy Alomar Jr rookie and Reggie Sanders rookie and placed them on display as hits.
Fascinating Video and quite an interesting box opening. Honestly, I always figured the vintage cards are true vintage but don't carry much value sadly. I do like the thrill of opening those packs HOWEVER... I do agree with everyone that its too pricey and not worth it at all. Appreciate You sharing this with us all
The fact that there is still a ton of junk wax era packs shows how much was made.I thought in 30yrs my Griffey ud rookie would be a thousand dollars.I started collecting in 89.
This reminds me of the World's Greatest Pack chase repack boxes from a few years ago, in box design and pack selection. That 68 Bob Gibson was not expected. Figured the vintage pack would be all commons.
Fun rip - I've seen these boxes around on eBay for a while - never bit. To me, they seem like an overpriced Fairfield or similar mystery box. Nice Chipper though!
@@bustinboxes I know you don't really do value but that card wouldn't make a ten cent box in my neck of the woods but I get it....the channel is about nostalgia
ALL repackaged stuff or this kind of product is junk. Boy what a marketing ploy and wished I'd thought of it. Put a pile of cards, example Just The 70's into a fancy wax pack, put in cards worth $40 and sell them for $99.95 with the elusion that the buyer will hit a really, really big card. People like to gamble I guess, BUT the house always wins. This box shows a 52 Mantle and other big dollar cards, genius marketing strategy.
Universal trash they're probably still punching out boxes of that junk today.... At least in the old days the kids could put them in their bicycle spokes for a cool engine sound !
Those are some shamefully bad packs. They could have included half decent stuff and it would have only cost them maybe $3 more, instead they went for the full ripoff. Even the bob gibson is only worth a couple bucks in that condition. Just shameful.
@@gabriels1163 At least hopefully I’m saving people from buying by having there multiple products ripped…I used to always search RUclips for random products I bought but hard to find.
@@bustinboxes Its a good thing to expose them for sure. I work for a cardshop and we are working on creating some walmart mystery boxes and I have been watching your channel to see what not to do. Probably wont release until next year. Will definitely be better than the stuff you normally see, doing our best to make it so people dont feel ripped off even if they dont get a major hit. Like all the graded cards are going to be big name players like lebron and tom brady, and no junk wax packs or bccg.
Thanks for telling people not to buy these. That was terrible!!! It does surprise me how many people are still trying to screw other people over.

I remember using a flashlight to look through the scratch off in the 92 topps to always get a winner. Good times.

It is depending on the grade.
If its a graded psa 10 you got your thousand plus.
I love the old Kmart sticker on the Stadium Club pack

@@RhinoMix76 What’s funny is I know I have one of those old Pack Chase boxes…I’ll have to to dig that out soon 🤣
Thanks for the video! I did not have that Chipper Jones RC. I could never get anyone to trade it to me. However, I did have several of his Topps RC.
Good morning awsome stuff. Love the Steve. Sax
Fun rip I think the chipper rookie paid for everything lol and love how well taken care of the vintage cards were lol
THAT WAS STILL A FUN RIP...WOULD OF BEEN EXCITED TO GET THAT CHIPPER BACK IN THOSE DAYS..THAT GREG MADDOX IS A COOL CARD TOO..
“R.I.P. that’s what we can say about buying more of these” that was so funny I busted out laughing 😂

They must have ran the presses 24 hours a day for months back in the late 80’s and early 90’s😮
Your not getting that marker off, lol
Which 90’ Fleer Ripken do you have? The Ripkin or the Ripken?
Yeah I would pass on these lol I have sooo much of that stuff I give it away when I sell on ebay lol.. great video as always.
I would have put the Thome rookie card up over the sanders and sandy
I have 5 of those chippers. Im a chipper collector though cant have too many
Universal Treasures used to be good, but I would avoid them at all costs, unless you just have money to throw away.
Enjoying the videos, just wondering what do you do with the all cards that aren't in your PC? You rip open alot of cards.
@@jacobrainaldi I have stores almost all…I have a ton.
Ya for 100$ that was way too much but great video bro I like it there was just no value
I actually did not have that Chipper card. I do have the Topps Chipper card though.

I've always hated these Universal treasure boxes. Calling packs from the 80s and 90s modern era is a joke.
