Banner Lords is a faction in dire need of a non-Void reviver. Even with two Lugans and Minaya to complement Stag Knight and Archmage, someone always goes down.
@@kevinboudreaux7860 Being an epic doesn't make it any easier to get her from shards. You got one shard type and a low chance to pull that specific champ. How many shards do you think it should take me to pull her?
Lugan the Steadfast is an absolute beast for BL faction crypts. Healing, ally protection and stopping the waves from using their abilities. Top tier for this content.
I pulled Ursala early on my FTP account, and she is simply a hard carry for this faction. I grabbed Hellmut from Doom Tower and completed the faction with a team of Ursala + Hellmut + Dagger + Yasmin + Giscard. Ursala still needs some healing to compliment her constant revivals so Yasmin filled that role, but the rare Valerie can do the job as well.
My Lydia is almost a year old now and I watched the whole video thinking about how much easier it would have been to get her with this series. Great content and I'm glad you are doing it!
I know this video is older - but I JUST finished this one - was my last one - before the new Sylvan Crypt came out. This guide was clutch! I couldn’t have done it without this!
Bannerlords was my first FW that i beat, Sigmund + Sethalia + Septimus was enough to carry me easily thorough all stages, didnt even needed the other 2 champion slots and still cleared within 5 minutes the last stage
A tale of 2 accounts for me. On one, no Ursala, overachieving with Valerie, Myrmidon, and Dagger beating stage 7, but stuck in those middle stages. On the other, do have an Ursala, and she has hard carried to the higher stages, without Legendaries, and a Sir Artimage wingman.
Chancelor Yasmin have a good heal, and Seneschal, and Valerie. With the 3 of them, I had no problem : Seneschal provoque and heal, Valerie shield, heal, increase buff duration, decrease debuff duration (she's awesome in fact), and Yasmine have a powerful single target heal to keep Seneschal provoquing.
8:40 valerie shield is based on her Level not on her HP while her healing can be very good if you build enough buffs... my FW Bannerlord team is "buffs team" Archmage. Valerie, Myrmidon, Giscard and Stag Knight.
Was a tricky faction for me, no reviver still til today lol... I used helior as DPS(Mish mash gear, DPS build though) ,shields and cleanser, awesome champ.. relentless 5star minaya, 5star giscard (perception + immortal). 6star Helmut (speed + immortal) . And the MVP was cillian the unlucky of all folks to 2turn stun that Rowan minion who ignores defence ( speedy relentless + perception)... Only pulled stag recently he swaps in for cillian now
Its one of my favorite factions as some of my favorite champs are Banner lords. They desperately need some more healer supports that aren't voids. Haven't been lucky enough to get Ursala or Raglin. I finally pulled Warcaster and his block damage gave Stag Knight, Baron and Sigmund enough time to destroy the second boss.
Was the last faction that i finished, with only epics, Oathbound, Helmut, Giscard, and double warcaster. It was really tricky tbh, no revive, no heals, no ally protect, no nothing tbh for the boss on 21. I just don't pull any bannerlords for some reason. Oathbound was mvp for the waves tbh. The main weakness for this faction imo is that the revive is locked behind void shards, and well, void shards may aswell be mystery shards on my account, they are equaly useless. Occasionaly i'd block some dmg with warcaster if i got lucky on turnmeters, but yeah, i basicaly had to put all my best gear on them just to be able to manage this. Compared to this i found skinwalkers a lot easier, even if i don't have any lego's for that either.
Valerie ended up bringing it all together at level 40 no less. Her buff extension with Helmut and Ursula keeps buffs up 100%. With a shield AND aura. Doesn't need any accuracy so can build full survivability. Amazing rare. I'm just now realizing she has increase attack AoE. Yeah shes basically qm above average epic
This faction is the easiest one for me cuz I was lucky to get a Raglin. The rest of the team is Stagknight, Archmage Hellmut, Knight errant and a lv 50 Seneschal.
Seneschal and Oathbound are key to go through all the stages. They're exceptional CC champions. Fast Regen Senschal and Stun set Oathbound can manage all the mobs by themselves. Pair them with Stag Knight, Helmut and Valerie and you breeze through it all.
I am surprised you missed out Chancellor Jasmin from your Epics lineup. She has a powerful heal on 2 turns, a buff strip and a strong 20% speed aura. She is my default lead in my FW 21 lineup
The only champs I have for this faction are Gerhard, Stag Night, Alaric, Azure, and Oath Taker. Not sure if this is doable for me. Maybe I'll build both Azures that I have and do a double Ally Protection team.

Dones't look like i'm even trying to finish that faction soon... i do have Azure, Helmut, Helior and Champfort which isn't bad for a start i guess... but nobody that heals or revives anybody else so getting to 63 stars would be really hard. But it's not like i don't have plenty of other things to do, recently pulled Gorgorab (the day after i 6 stared grinner xD) and just yesterday crypt king so undead could be doable now...
Jesus... Why do none of the CCs show how easy this faction is with Seneschal? AOE provokes on a 4 turn CD and single target veil with continuous heal on a 2 turn CD. That is one of the most clutch moves that makes 20/21 an easy farm for me even with no revive
This faction is the only reason i am not focusing hard on Lydia yet. I am at 50 stars here. I can do stage 18 on manual but thats it. I got 3 other factions i havent finished yet and only 1 of em isnt at final boss either. Yeah you called out all the champions i need like Ursula and Giscard... If you get a good lego like sethallia it becomes easier too but obviously i just dont have em. I got myself Stag Archmage and Helior and thats it really. Cillian is pretty useless though i suppose for the final boss he does bring single target stun for the ads. I just dont know who to build as the 5th. Most epics other than those 4 are very bad. Only other one i d see as useful would be oathbound with decr attack but i dont have him either. No way i am building lordly legionnary. I have been considering rares too but so many other priorities in game who builds valerie? Just waiting for one good pull here and i can start focusing. Or they should make Staltus guaranteed that would be nice! When is the last time there was a Banner Lords fusion / fragment / guaranteed?!
always tough choices, most often best to wait until you get super close to finishing. Chances are you'll end up pulling someone helpful. When you get right to the end, that's when you might build a valerie out.

Deadwood, What does your faction guardian look like? Did you remove them for these videos? The bonus stats from your GH and Faction guardians makes a HUGE difference. A mid-level player with a few lvl7 GH medals with good champs will still struggle if they don't have solid gear.
I doubt it considering his other teams for the various battles will also be fueled by the Guardians and removing it simply because "not everyone has them" would negatively affect the teams.
And if someone is at stage 21 of Banner Lords they should already have a sizeable collection of champions, Rare Guardians full at the very least and a good few epics. Especially if they have Hellmut.
agreed it will impact things, but i kept the stats "relatively" low for my account. So, no, didn't remove the Faction Guardians and my GH is pretty maxed. Still think these are attainable stats for most folks.
Hate this faction. Have archmage, have stag knight, no legendary, no void epic, no giscard, no healer except Yasmin... Stuck on 58 stars for months now
Banner lords is my final faction i need to finish and is by far my weakest faction. I have none of the void epics and no stag knight. For legos i have cilian and ronda.

I regularly use Hordin in my Banner Lords team, he is great for wave clearing with his extra turn on killing an enemy
You missed chancellor yasmin. She's a great healer. Basically an epic Apoth but without the speed/turn meter boost
Plus a speed aura and buff strip for that pesky man eater wave.
yeah, can't recall why i didn't include her, but certainly a solid choice!

Lord Champfort is a big time carry for this faction. That aoe attack and accuracy down are both big

I was lucky here since Septimus is an "I win" button against any boss w/o HP passive.

The fact that both revivers are voids in this faction is very frustrating.

Have Raglin. Healing av revive is really not an issue for me. Have managed to reach stage 20.
