Yes Cold War is really cool, the main reason I played BO6 was because of Cold War. The Last 2 Treyarch CODs have been the best since BO2 IMO (I've heart MW2019 es really good but I haven't played it yet).

If Case is a failure, what would a success in that Cradle super-soldier program look like?
Both are so cool as badass, I love them! dude, case has the literal body of a bedrock block, his headbuts and his shoulders or anything can kill people with helmets on, he is literally built DIFFERENT

Case being more brutal is so fitting since he has the cradle in his system, bell is just another soldier trying to effectively get the job done quickly however
