    Wow chef thank you for sharing your video clip on food recipe. Looks very tasty and delicious food 😋. Also your wok skills is amazing and brilliant. Please can you let me know what type of wok you are using? Is it carbon steel or iron???

    咁大鑊油去走油,家庭根本不可能做到,淨係油嘅成本都要幾十蚊,莫論其他喇。
    而且,炒完蟹,個廚房搵你清潔都得囉。
    所以,呢個薑蔥炒蟹只能喺外面至食到。

    THE last red crab order is the best,,, but still the chef dropped a scoop of soup into the WOK and flip the crab with the green vegies,,, chef is a chef,, they have their own techniques,,,
    However,, in my point of view,,, more fluid mix with the food will adversely affect the aroma of such stir fried /culinary style,, I don't recommend adding excessive amount of fluid whenever doing stir fried,,,
