I have the same gpu and cpu except my cpu is the x version runs everygame very nice on high - ultra settings. I play on 1080P don't ever see myself playing on any higher resolution in the near future. I don't expect myself to upgrade anytime soon. Great duo of cpu and gpu!
ryzen 5600 is pretty much the same as 12400f, while 13400f is not that good for its price. 3060ti will work fine with ryzen 5600 (and even 3080/4070 will).

I have a r7 2700x 32gb Ram and RTX 2060 super fe and pretty much all cpu bound games I get terrible frames on doesn’t matter what settings I changed. Plus my gpu always runs about 40% usage and I have all limiters off. Best example is with Spider-man rt off and dlss on ultra performance while swinging thru the city my frames avg 55fps. Done a lot of testing and was curious so I asked the pc subreddit and asked if my 2700x was bottlenecking my 2060s and everyone pretty much told me I was stupid for even suggesting that. Idk if they are a good combo and I just got unlucky or what but damn can’t wait to swap cpu out cause than it’ll feel like a whole new experience. Edit I’m switching my 2700x for a 5700x

RX 6600 XT would be good? It doesn't have good raytracing performance tho, but it's not like you'd use rt on a 60 series gpu.

if you buy 3200 it would run at 2666, bc The 2666 will hold it back, but if the price is the same get the 3200mhz
