These are beautiful, you have some serious talent! So happy to have come upon your channel. I’m so inspired, thanks for sharing. Off to binge watch your channel.
I love that you’re not too hung up on minor imperfections such as your December 25th Christmas Eve page! I did a page and had no idea until the hubs said “you realize this I 2 different trips, right?” Nope. Hadn’t noticed. The photos were from one year and the story was from the previous year! Same destination though…sooooo. :)
Love all your fun layouts. Frankie’s birthday photos lol 😂 he is too cute! Chopping up a 12 x12 for the back of your pocket layout is brilliant! I picked up some great tips so thank you for sharing!
WOW!! What amazing layouts. I had so many comments on individual layouts but now I’ve forgotten most of them. 😂 I LOVE how you used a whole 12x12 cut up on the back of your pocket page. That is a struggle for me and 🤯🤯🤯
I’m so glad you enjoyed them! Glad you liked my solution for filling the back of my pocket page. I’ll need to do more of those so I have a place for all the paper that is “too pretty to use” 😂
Thanks so much for sharing all your layouts…so much inspiration. I think the final layout was my favourite..now I just need to work up the courage to try it. Beautiful work.
Great layouts, and inspirational... makes me want to scrap!! I have a tip to share: when I do my layouts, I number them on the back when I'm finished so I don't forget the order I had intended. Sometimes I do more than two spreads for an event, so it really helps to number them and keep them in order. Sometimes along with the numbering, I write notes to myself of things I want to add to the layout or page that I may not have with me at a crop.
SO important to put the year on the page! I come back to photos and pages later, and can't for the life of me, figure out what year it might have been. I go asking other family members and they can't remember either.
I feel like I'm cheating if I just use the patterned paper and just add some stickers. But recently I learned that people don't look at all of the techniques and different products that I used or the stamps that I individually stamped people's names and put them right by the person. Our niece asked, "Who is this?" I then pointed to the name label on the photo and her response was, "oh I didn't see it".
It’s so true! Probably the only people that notice is other scrapbookers. I do fun techniques and things for me and for the joy of creating. I do the photos and journaling for myself and my family.

The embossing technique on the last page would also work well on a card. Maybe give that a try first so you can practice. Have fun!!
Great layouts! I enjoyed watching this. So much inspiration in one video!!!
Thank you 😊 It’s so fun to see the whole album together. I did have to extend the posts a bit to make it fit though!

That’s a great tip Vickie! Thanks for sharing, I’ll have to remember that when I’m creating!
Great idea! Thanks

We always think we'll remember! Even if we write it on the back, it's super helpful to have that date when it comes time to put it into an album.
Thank you for sharing these layouts are amazing
Thanks so much!

Great job! Where do you buy these kits?
These are Close to my Heart kits. I have all the ones that are currently available linked in my description.
Do you remember the name of the kit that had the fringed balloons? I know it was an older kit but I’m a Maker & can ask if anyone has one. So cute!!!
I had to ask for some help from the CDT but we found the name! It’s called Celebrate Today and these layouts were made with the scrapbooking workshop.
@@ChelseyVorosmarty you’re so kind to ask around & I very much appreciate it❤️
@@debbiewatson1506 you're welcome!
You live in Canada? I live in Chilliwack Fraser Valley, a hour from Vancouver.
Yes I’m in Central Alberta.

Do you print your own photos?
Yes I bought an Epson ET8500 and absolutely love it. It does a beautiful job.
