I'd hoped that the Labour Party would at least do their best to help Britain's poorest people - but instead, Rachel Reeves has stabbed hard-up pensioners in the back!
I agree that many pensioners, including me, are doing OK - but the people who "aren't poor enough" are going to be struggling this coming winter, with the £150 increase in energy costs per home heading towards everyone in the autumn!

Well I'm sure the Pensioners who voted Liebour at the last election will support the cancelling of the Winter Fuel Allowance.

I'd like to suggest that you made the mistake of thinking that the L party 'care' about people. What they really care about is Power. If you want a party that will do the things you think are important, to you, then tell them that in future you will vote on policies, not promises. If they don't deliver, take you custom elsewhere.

Thick people still believe Labour are 'up-the workers' when in fact they have realised that the white working class are no longer their electorate, it the BAME/islamic communities that are their future..
