That was pretty awesome. I loved how they just jumped right into the excitement, instead of leading up to it. My only criticism is that at times they were too careful & performed too slowly. The constant pauses made the performance boring at times. In other performances, the dancers were so confident in what they were doing that everything was very fast-paced. Other than that though, it was an incredible performance.

That is cause it is very hard and that can't do it so fast or else that can rip a muscle

The pauses are a requirement in the competition as proof of stability. It's not a dance, it's an acrobatic gymnastic routine.
