    Sir.. Can you explain to me how's the process on production of killed vaccine but still retains their native nature?

    "Usually because they have been weakened SOMEHOW",... "Propagating them in cells in the lab such that these pathogens are weakened",... "They cause infection - but do not cause disease".
    .
    - Just because the MAJOR symptoms of a disease have been 'attenuated',... does not mean that the 'attenuated' - read, lab bred genetic mutations - do not have long-term, or, unexpected conditions resulting from their 'induced infections' .
